Friend or Foes

Tekari: Ok now that the rules and agenda have been explained
it’s time to begin the quiz. -Teleports everyone to a giant field
away from the city-

Myoki: Ok everyone please line up and when you hear your

name please step forward and face your opponent. Remember in
battle they person in front of you is your enemy so give it
everything you have.

Student: B-but what is we kill them?

Tekari: Then I use my magic to bring them back considering it’ll

be quicker.

Myoki: Wait since when do you know revival art?

Tekari: You know when now let’s begin.

-After all the students have fought and been graded everyone
lines back up awaiting the results-

Tekari: Ok midgets listen up. You all showed great skills and
determination. There is always room for improvement and
growth remember that.

Students: Does that mean we get to take the Rinku part of the
quiz?

Myoki: Yes, yes it does and none of you better die out there.

Tekari: Now that that’s out of the way it time we go over exactly
how part of the quiz is setup, so you’ll have a better
understanding of it. You will be teleported to a random
environment based on your magical element or your inner spirit.

Myoki: To put it simply if you use fire, you’ll be sent to like a

volcanic biome or if you have a wild spirit, you’ll be sent to a
forest type biome.
Tekari: You will be there for a 6-month period where it’s up to
you whether you survive or not because you won’t always have
someone there to protect you. Within those six months you have
the chance to find your spirit animal like Myoki and I did or
strengthen your magic arts like many guild members around the
world.

Student: If we survive and come back stronger with either or

those things can we join Untaku.

Student 2: Yeah, I heard you fight dragons and thieves and I

want to do that.

Tekari: I don’t know yet you must show me your worth my

time. -Teleports everyone back to academy-

Myoki: Well guys it’s time for us to say goodbye these last few
years have been amazing with you, and I hope we meet again
but you all are stronger than ever.

-After everyone says their goodbyes and mentally prepare

themselves for what’s to come Tekari uses his magical arts to
teleport them to their home for the next 6 months.
Tekari: Man, that took forever. I wonder if there are any
missions tonight.

Myoki: I heard that there has been a strange aura surrounding

this cemetery, but then again, it probably is just spirits not being
able to rest.

Tekari: *Feels his phone vibrate and answers it* What’s up new
mission.

Lithosphere: N-Not quite. It’s Zeus he wants to have a meeting

with us. He says it’s something about the Grim Reaper
Academy.

Tekari: Grim-Sensei still around ok y’all go ahead I will catch

up in a minute.

Lithosphere: Ok. -hangs up-

Myoki: Did he just say Zeus and Grim-Sensei. Is everything ok?

Tekari: Yeah, just wanting a report about missions or something

like that. C’mon we should get going you know how old people
get about us being late.
-Scene cuts to the main group in a meeting room with Zeus,
Grim Reaper, and a few angels.

Zeus: Tekari dear boy how you been? You are probably
wondering why I called you here unexpectedly?

Tekari: Yeah, a little bit. Since it’s you and Grim here I am
guessing it’s something your old geezers cannot handle.

Grim: Ima let that one slide since you are an old student of my,
but we need help tracking down a girl who escaped my
academy. She went missing a couple of days ago and we have
been trying to track her but she is using some advance magic art
that allows her to be untraceable by anyone.... well, anyone
except you hopefully.

Tekari: Ok I need a name and a picture of her, and I charge

300,000 for jobs like these.

Grim: Deal –Hands Tekari a photo of her- Her name is Chloe

but be careful she may look weak, but she has the skill to
surpass me. Hell, I was going to have her take over the Academy
so I can retire.
Tekari: I’ll take that in consideration *puts photo in pocket*
well if that’s everything we got a new shipment of expensive
booze and I want to test the products.

-The groups start getting up to leave and as everyone else walks

out the door, but Tekari Zeus stops him-

Zeus: Tekari can we talk for a second privately. It’s nothing

serious just a friendly conversation.

Tekari: Ok sure but hurry it up.

-Tekari and Zeus began walking down this long corridor as

everyone else already returned to the Dactyl Den-

Zeus- You've grown quite strong Tekari your father would be so

proud of you.

Tekari- Who killed him? You the gods of gods here correct so
you should know what happened to him correct?
Zeus: You would think that but the night it happened it was
already too late. It was as if he just vanished off the grid and
came back-

Tekari: *angry* That’s enough stop talking. Now here is another

question. Are you a friend or foe, Zeus?

Zeus: That is an absurd question obviously I am a friend of

Untaku.

Tekari: You better be. This conversation is over. I’m going

home.

-Back at Tekari’s apartment he starts tracking down the young

girl Chloe-

Myoki: Hey Tek, you, ok?

Tekari: Yeah, I’m fine just mad that Zeus the strongest god in
this region was too slow to save my father. I miss living in
Tokyo. Although I wasn’t born there that will always be my
home.
Myoki: Ok enough of the sad talk have you found her yet.

Tekari: Yeah –grabs his gun- it's stupid to come into enemy
territory.

Myoki: W-Wait she is here right now and why not just use your
magic arts.

Tekari: Because even if I use barely 1% of it everyone dies.

-Tekari heads down to the nightclub looking for Chloe-

Dark: Tekari there you are that little girl here looking for both of
us. She is in the back room.

Tekari: Huh well that makes this job so much easier.

-In the back-room Chloe is tied up in a chair looking almost

frightened by Tekari and Dark-

Tekari: What do you want? *Puts gun to her head* and don’t lie
because I kill little kids too.
Chloe: Ok first off, I’m 16 and secondly, I need your help. The
Death Academy isn’t what it seems like. They’re not training us
to be grim reapers or better our combat, they’re running
experiments on us. Every night all I hear is the cries and screams
of my classmates and I’m too scared to fight back. Dark right
can you and your sidekick here help me?

Dark: Um I would not say it like that.

Tekari: Ok first I’m the leader of this place meaning I decide

whether we help or not. *Places his hand on top of her head and
scans through all her memories* I guess you aren’t a liar. Fine
then *unties her* we’ll help but first we got to give you back.

Chloe: *Scared* N-No PLEASE NO I DON’T WANT TO GO

BACK. PL- *Tekari knocks her out with his gun*

Dark: Dude what are you planning?

Tekari: Wait and see.

-After meeting with Grim and a few skeletons he summoned

they give back Chloe and receive their payment. -
Grim: Hey thanks again Tekari. How about you come visit my
academy. I hope you remember where it’s at?

Tekari: Yeah Yeah ______ city down the path in the woods with
the mountains range right over the academy and the password is
______.

Grim: Excellent memory. Well best get going I’m a remarkably

busy man and this one here deserves a thorough punish
punishment.

-Grim teleports back to his academy take Chloe with him-

Dark: Hey Tek what did you see in her memories?

Tek: My reason to kill that old bastard. Come on we should

hurry.

- Scene cuts to Tek and Dark on a ridge overlooking the

academy and the rest of the team keeping looking all
outside the forest-
Dark: Ok so what exactly is the plan. Like it’s just us 2 going in.
Like I know you’re strong and I rival your strength, but this is
the Grim Reaper we’re talk about. One hit kills you.

- Dark continues to rant about how strong Grim is while

Tekari puts on his battle gear and linking Eli to his mask
before putting in on and getting in his car. -

Tekari: The plan is go find the girl and get her back to the base
safely. I’ll take care of everything else. Oh, and leave no one
alive. - Tekari speeds off the ridge landing straight in the
courtyard opening fire on all the guards in sight-

Dark: This guy is insane –Teleports down using shadow magic

and starts looking for Chloe-

- As dark continue to look for Chloe, he looks out the

window only to see all the death and destruction Tekari
caused in a matter of minutes-

Dark: Damn he even crashed his car into a guard outpost just to
blow it up with everyone inside.
Chloe: HELP ME PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. I CAN’T
USE MY POWERS HERE PLEASE HELP!!!!!

-Dark here the screams of Chloe and immediately runs to her

saving her from a few guards preparing to kill her. -

Dark: Hey don’t worry we’re here to help. Tekari is somewhere

around here causing a distraction, but we should hurry before he
brings this place down with us inside of it.

Chloe: Wait so he’s strong I just thought he was a fraud

considering whenever people talk about Untaku they always
mention you being the strongest.

Dark: Yeah well, we can talk about this later we need to go

NOW.

-As Dark and Chloe run down the hallway looking for and exit
that’s not destroyed, they run into a room where they find Tekari
standing over dead bodies of little kids and still around 20-30
more standing in front of Grim-

Dark: *Felling Tekari’s bloodlust and anger* T-Tekari what

happened here.
Tekari: *Laughing while turning in his demon hybrid form*
Turns out this asshole been using my DNA to create these little
“warriors of death” to kill me. So now I’m going to kill each and
every one of them and then I’m going to kill my main prey * he
says while pointing and Grim*

Dark: Screw it * Blows a hole in the wall leading towards

outside* Chloe let’s go.

Chloe: We can save them *reaches for one while crying of them
but Dark picks her up and runs away*

Dark: I can tell Tekari tried too already, but it’s too late for them
now.

Chloe: * Breaks down crying*

-Back at Tekari and Grim-

Grim: My my my I was not expecting this but your little show

doesn’t scare me I’m the God of Death and it’ll take you all
night to kill each one of these kids.
Tekari: Blood magic art 1%: Corrosion

-All the students body start bubbling up before exploding-

Dark: *Laughs* I expected nothing less than from an old student

of mine but before we fight, I do have one more surprise for
you. Come on out dear.

Tekari: I’m getting tired of you running from your fate, just
accept it and let me ki-

Anachi (Tekari’s younger sister who died): Big Brother is that

you? Why weren’t you there to protect me? You said no matter
what you’ll protect me. *Cries* WHY DID YOU LET ME DIE?

Tekari: *Starts shedding tears while walking up to her and

snapping her neck killing her* Grim I don’t care how many
clones you have of her; they aren’t the real one.

Grim: I’m not going to lie I was not expecting that.

Tekari: Y-You BASTARD!!!!! * Filled with rage Tekari

completely losing it and letting his inner demon take over
making him go 100% into his demon form*
-Scene ends with demon Tekari and Grim staring each other in
the face getting ready to have the ultimate fight-
