EP-3 ULTRA LOAD

Multipurpose EP Grease

Description

Multi-purpose greases are called traditional or conventional greases. They are recommended everywhere when constraints
remain “moderate”. Mostly offered in NLGI 3 grade, the most versatile: The archetype being EP 3 Grease. These are the
greases with the best price/performance ratio and they have proved their worth over a long time.

They correspond to the requirements of high temperatures: while the temperature of use of traditional greases is limited to
90°C, this range based on lithium allows for high service temperatures, which can attain 140°C. The structure of these
greases is also suitable for working in the presence of water and of loads.

It’s suitable for lubrication of equipment such as:

 Crusher screen bearings


 Pelleting press bearings
 Roller bearings
 Plain bearings
 Rolling stock
 Cables and capstans
 Open gears
 Slide ways

In order to minimize potential incompatibilities when converting to new grease, all previous lubricant should be removed
