SELF DECLARATION
I hereby declare that I am physically and medically fit to swim at the ITC Swimming Pool and that I do not possess a history of any serious
medical disorders. I understand and confirm that I have read the Terms and Conditions of the ITC Swimming Pool, and I am aware of the
Rules and Regulations to be followed by me in the ITC Swimming Pool. I am also aware that the rules and regulations are for my own
benefit and improvement.
I hereby declare that:
1. I do not have a history of any serious medical condition(s) such as seizures (fits), cardiac problem, asthma, etc.
2. I am solely responsible for my actions inside the Swimming Pool premises.
3. The Management shall not be held responsible in the event of any mishap due to my negligence/non-compliance with the rules.

FOR DEPENDENTS

I will fully endorse the above undertaking for use of the Swimming Pool at DLTA/ITC premises by my dependents as stated above. I also
undertake to ensure that he / she comply with the stipulated rules for the Swimming Pool.

 SWIMMING POOL MEMBERSHIP PROCEDURE AND RULES
1. HOW TO APPLY FOR SWIMMING POOL MEMBERSHIP
1.1 Submit the completed application form along with the following documents to the Office between 11.00 am to 5.00 pm on any
working day (Monday to Saturday):
i. One passport size photographs of all applicants.
ii. Copy of valid UF Card of all applicants.
1.2 Children below the age of 12 years are not allowed to enter the Swimming pool unless they are accompanied by an adult.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of their children. All children who are Non-Swimmers must have a
supervising adult.
1.3 Young children/ handicapped adults must be accompanied by someone able to assist them in dressing/ undressing, showering
and entering/exiting the pools. For safety reasons, swimming instructors and security staff are prohibited from leaving their
posts to assist with these functions.
1.4 Children who are not toilet-trained must wear one of the following:-
 Disposable swim diaper
 Fabrics swim diaper or Tight-fitting plastic pants over a cloth diaper or training pants.
Regular disposable diapers are prohibited.
1.5 Membership will ONLY be approved & the usage card will be issued after the submission of duly completed application form.
1.6 Swimming Pool Usage fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable (if applicable).
1.7 Swimming Pool Usage card is NON TRANSFERABLE and it is compulsory to show this card if / when asked for.
1.8 Please carefully go through the instructions on notice board. The instructions, rules & regulations are subject to change
without prior notice.
1.9 The decision of DLTA/ITC in granting the Swimming Pool usage rights will be final and binding.
2. TIMINGS OF SWIMMING POOL & KIDS POOL
1.1 TIMINGS- Morning 06.30 am to 09.30 am
Evening 04:00 pm to 09.00 pm
Children (U-12 years) Morning 06.30 am to 09.30 am
Evening 04:00 pm to 07.00 pm
1.2 The timings also include 15 minutes for shower and changing.
1.3 The pool will remain close on TU ESDA Y for maintenance.
3. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
3.1 Entry at gate on the basis of identification through membership cards ONLY.
3.2 Sign the Entry Register.
3.3 Gender appropriate Swimming Costume and Caps are compulsory for personal safety and modesty, Use of goggles is optional.
The following pool attires are inappropriate:
 Street wear  Attire with hard / metal objects
 Translucent material  Non Colorfast material
 Shorts without inner liner  Undergarment
 G-String  Diapers etc
3.4 Swimming equipment and any other devices that affect patrons' safety or cause property damage are not allowed in the pool
such as Inflatable giant floats, Rubber rafts, Snorkel and mask etc.
3.5 All swimmers must shower thoroughly before entering the pool.
THE FOOTBATH IS COMPULSORY BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL.
3.6 Swimming Caps are required for anyone with hair longer than three inches.
3.7 Do not bring valuables to the pool. Use the lockers available in the change rooms. ITC will not be responsible for a n y loss/
theft of the valuables.
3.8 All belongings in the locker must be removed by the closing time of the Swimming Pool. Keeping articles in lockers /
change rooms oversight is prohibited and ITC/DLTA will assume no responsibility in this regard.
 3.9 Diving, running, spitting, urinating and blowing the nose are prohibited.
3.10 Pushing, wrestling, ball playing, dunking, splashing, or causing undue disturbance in and about the pool is not permitted.
3.11 Any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs is NOT ALLOWED.
3.12 Swimming is prohibited if the Life Guard / Coach instructor is not present.
3.13 No pets are allowed.
3.14 In the interest of health & safety concerns, persons who are feeling unwell or recovering from illness are to refrain from
swimming and other physical activities. Any person having skin irritations / disease, open wounds, communicable ailments
/ diseases / sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharge or who is wearing any kind of bandage or band-aid, will not be
permitted in the pool.
3.15 In the event of lightning, thunder or other hazardous condition, all persons are required to leave the open area immediately.
The swimming instructor will temporarily suspend all Swimming activities.
3.16 For safety concerns, the Swimming Pool will temporarily deny further admission in the event of overcrowding.
3.17 No food or drinks are allowed in the pool.
3.18 NO PHOTO-CLICKING /FILMING IS PERMITTED.
3.19 All injuries occurring on the premises must be immediately reported to the swimming instructor / authorities.
3.20 Entry to other areas of the Club other than the swimming pool in the swimming costume is prohibited.
4. IMPORTANT RULES
4.1 Non-adherence to the instructions and rules will result in confiscation of swimming pool pass and no fee will be refunded.
4.2 Follow/read the instructions/directives on t h e notice board of the Swimming Pool Area. Th e Office can modify/ add/
remove any instructions/ directives/ rules governing the swimming pool membership at any point of time. PLEASE
REGULARLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS PUBLISHED ON THE NOTICE BOARD.
4.3 It is assumed that the users of the swimming pool indemnify ITC from any claims on account of any effects due to their use
of swimming pool facility and that they shall not claim any compensation from DLTA / ITC in case of any injury / untoward
incident happening to self / family member(s) / guest(s) while using this facility.
4.4 Enforcement of rules is subject to the swimming authorities’ discretion. Rules are subject to change without prior written
notice. The Office reserves the right to reject anyone who fails to comply with these safety rules.
4.5 Right to admission is reserved with DLTA / ITC.
4.6 The instructions and rules stated herewith are for benefit of the patrons in general and are never exhaustive. In the event of
dispute, the decision of ITC Management Committee will be final and binding.
4.7 All legal matters will be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction
