Role: Quality Analyst – Automation & Manual Testing

Catastrophe Services – Catastrophe Services is an application suite used by Staff &

Adjusters. This provides services to Staff like Adjuster Management, Event Management
and Deployment (Purchase) Request Management, Adjuster Performance scorecard and
deploy requested Adjusters. This application also has Invoice processing capability for
specific clients.
Claim Process Automation – Client Process Automation application suite is an Enterprise
service bus which accepts claim data and other related data (Dockets) through APIs and
Watchers. ESB has configured in such a way that depending on Claim or Docket Type, it
sends require data to the Desired Application through APIs to create a Claim.

Responsibilities:
• Involved in development and enhancement of automation
