Saw cut to regular shape (squaring) the damaged area of the affected floor slab; Chip-off to
remove damaged concrete surfaces to a maximum depth of 10mm; Smoothen and level the
chipped-off surface by mechanical grinder; Clean thoroughly to remove dirt, dust and other
contaminants; Fill up the chipped-off floor with high quality epoxy screed (supply and
apply) up to the desired level to match with existing; Also include the repair of expansion M2 30 1+1
joints
Scraped-off and remove the existing epoxy resin coating and clean thoroughly; Reinstate
the floor finishing by applying heavy-duty flow applied/self-levelling epoxy resin flooring
(supply and apply) with a minimum thickness of 2mm;
Epoxy resin flooring works shall be re- applied at Medical Store Ground Floor
corridors/passageways (except on areas where pallet racks are fixed) and loading/unloading M2 1000 3+3
platform
Floor marking yellow solid border lines

Chase the crack using a diamond concrete cutting disk and small angle grinder to open up
in a single cut and to a depth of 5-10mm along the crack; Wire brush, then blow/vacuum
dust and debris from the crack; Clean the substrate of dust, laitance and any form of
contaminants; Fill the gap by applying approved non-shrink high strength epoxy resin LS 1 1+2
sealant (or approved equivalent)
Remove loose paints; clean thoroughly; Apply deep penetrating primer and 2 coats of
semi-gloss emulsion paint of color to match with existing (code 10B15 ivory or approved
equivalent) to internal walls of loading/unloading platform, entrance passage, exit passage
and room for reach truck/fork lift

Clean thoroughly; Apply deep penetrating primer and 2 coats of matt emulsion paint of
color white to exposed ceiling soffit of loading/unloading platform, entrance passage, exit
passage, room for reach truck/fork lift and ceiling crack repair area M2 135 1+2
Remove loose and flaking paints; clean thoroughly; apply deep penetrating primer and 2
coats of weatherproof medium textured paint of color to match with existing (code 83451
or approved equivalent) to all external walls (including of roof parapet walls and duct M2 2400 3+3
houses)
Supply and fix ultra heavy-duty EPDM Rubber Bumper D-shape 152mm depth x152mm
high in 2 layers as wall protection at loading/unloading platform M 50 1+1
Supply and fix heavy-duty intermediary metal beams 2400mm length including fitting
accessories anchored to front and back vertical support of the pallet rack (36Nos) bottom
compartment to serve as an No 72 2+4

Remove the existing waterproofing system (gravel/roof tiles, geotextile membrane,
insulation board, waterproofing membrane) including those on the parapet walls and
upstands; Salvage, set aside and washed the existing concrete tiles and gravel to be reuse
later as a final layer; Repair any cracks with approved non-shrink crack sealant and prepare
the surfaces to receive the new waterproofing system; Cart away M2 1515 2+2
