Dear Ma’am/Sir,

It is with sadness that I am writing this letter of resignation from the position of ESL Teacher as per terms
of my employment contract.

Thank you for giving me a chance to work with your company and to work with your employees. I am
truly grateful for having been part of this organization. I have learned a lot in staying here.

Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am leaving my position with BCM Manila on July 3,
2024. If I can be of any assistance during this transition, please let me know. I have been so blessed in my
entire stay here. I am praying for the company's continuous growth and success.
