Planner. It will stop the fibroid from
growing further in you. Most recipient of

This meal plan will not instantly shrink the
fibroid, but it will gradually shrink and
stop it from growing further.
Kindly skip, any food combination that
reacts in your body or request a food
replacement.
If you have gluten intolerance, ensure you
avoid gluten friendly food such as wheat,
semolina, even oat. Only take gluten-free
oats.
