**Mistress/Slave Contract**
This Mistress/Slave Contract (“Contract”) is entered into on this [Date] between “Mistress
/Goddess,” and “David Durkee,” in the context of a Mistress/Slave relationship.
**1. Parties**
1.1. Mistress/Goddess
- Role: Dominant
- Preferred Addressing: Mistress/Goddess/Mommy
- Rights: Holds dominant authority over David Durkee in the relationship
1.2. David Durkee
- Role: Submissive
- Known as: Sissy, Slave, Pet, or Slut
- Rights: David Durkee has no rights, he relinquishes personal autonomy and all of his
individual rights as a human being over to Mistress/Goddess as her personal property.
**2. Duration**
2.1. This Contract is permanent and shall remain in effect indefinitely, with the understanding
that both parties enter into it willingly.
2.2. Only Mistress/Goddess retains the right to terminate this Contract at any time she sees fit,
David Durkee will not have any rights or opinions when it comes to termination of this contract
in any shape or form
**3. Ownership**
3.1. David Durkee acknowledges Mistress/Goddess as his Owner and the sole authority of his
life and commits to serving her with complete dedication, including mentally and physically.
3.2. David Durkee acknowledges that Mistress/Goddess will be in control of all of his daily
activities, thoughts, and actions including, but not limited too; Eating, Sleeping, When To Get
Dressed, What To Wear, etc.
**4. Roles and Responsibilities**
4.1. David Durkee agrees to fulfill all commands and demands issued by Mistress/Goddess
without question or hesitation, provided these commands are safe and sane.
4.2. Mistress/Goddess has the right to assign any tasks, duties, or punishments to David Durkee
as she sees fit.
**5. Physical Alterations**
5.1. David Durkee is to allow Mistress/Goddess to make any physical alterations, including
tattooing, piercing, castration or any other modifications as deemed appropriate by
Mistress/Goddess
**6. Sharing**
6.1. Mistress/Goddess may choose to share David Durkee with any individual she chooses
regardless of gender identity which includes male, female, trans-male, and trans-female at her
discretion.
**7. Confidentiality**
7.1. David Durkee shall maintain the confidentiality of all activities and agreements within the
Mistress/Slave contract and/or relationship.
**8. Governing Law**
8.1. This Contract shall be governed by the laws of [United States of America], and any disputes
shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
8.2. The enforceability of this Contract is subject to local, state, national, and international laws,
and it is acknowledged that certain provisions may be unenforceable in some jurisdictions.
**9. Acknowledgement**
9.1. Both parties acknowledge that they enter into this Contract willingly and without coercion.
