Note : Cleaning/Sweeping of every allotted bin/location is to be done by the bidder .

1. Material may be kept at different locations in plant, and bidder has to place daily 1 vehicle or as
required by HEG
2. The auction QTY given is on the basis of current generation of material, in case of any shortfall, HEG
reserved the right to extend the lifting period.

 IMPORTANT POINTS
Post bid Security Deposit : 5% or minimum RS. 25000 which is greater than of sale value on refundable
basis. It will be submitted to HEG before start to life the material.

The GST RATE WILL BE ACTUAL AT THE TIME OF LIFTING

CUSTOMER SHOULD LIFT THE MATERIAL 25% (MINIMUM LIFTING) UNIFORMLY ON WEEK BY WEEK PLAN
BASIS. IF IT IS FAILED THEN HEG HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT IN BETWEEN AND FOREDEIT THE
SECURITY DEPOSIT.

COMPLAINTS :

 All the material is offered on ‘No Claim/Complaint Basis’. DIFFERENCE IN QUANTITY & SIZES MAY
VARY.
 If the party is not able to deposit the payment in time, his account will be blocked & emd will be
forfeited. He will not be able to participate in further auctions .

NOTE: Material is sold on “as is where is basis”. Buyers to inspect the scrap/material thoroughly & satisfy
themselves about the nature & properties of the item. No complaint will be entertained in regard to quality
type of these materials. The material once sold will not be taken back in any circumstances.

SPECIAL POINTS

 “Given quantity is approximate basis only and actual quantity may vary in any percentage. “
 PAYMENT TERM: 100% advance prior to lift of material.
 The cost of each lot of material along with all taxes and duties must be paid to HEG Limited in Advance.
No material will be provided to successful bidder if payment not deposited in advance by RTGS as per the
details given below.
 Earnest Money do be deposited lot wise as mention above in induvial lot.
 Submit Clientele list along with testimonials (like copy of contract of clients, certificate of performance
etc.) to the auctioneer.
 You shall lift material on daily basis or on call from HEG, failing in lifting will have penalty of Rs.2000/- per
day.
 You will have to arrange for all resources required to lift the material at your own cost.
 In E-auction you should bid only basic rate while taxes & duties will be extra.
 The materials offered for sale must be inspected prior to due date of e-auction on the date mention
above.
 Only vaccinated person (Driver, cleaner) is allowed inside plant for lifting, after providing certificate of
vaccination to security.

REMARK: All the materials are offered for sale on as is where is basis ex works owners, quotation must be
submitted on unit basis for each lot separately not part thereof i.e. in rupees per unit only.

PROCEDURE OF FORWARD AUCTIONING

 HEG Limited will declare its Starting Price (SP), which shall be visible to the all vendors during the start of
the forward Auction.

 The start price of an item in online forward auction is open to all the participating bidders. Any bidder can
start bidding, in the online forward auction, from the start price itself. The second online bid and onwards will
have to be higher than the H1 rate by minimum one increment value, or higher.

 The minimum bid increment amount shall be display at the time of auction. The Bidding Rates will be
on Per MT /Per Number etc.

 Bidding in the last minutes and seconds should be avoided in the bidders own interest Neither the Service
Provider nor Seller will be responsible for any lapses /failure on the part of the vendor, in such cases.

 The Auto Bid feature allows Bidders to place an automated bid against other Bidders in an auction and bid
without having to enter a new amount each time a competing Bidder submits a new offer.

 Auto bid is not a confirmed bid. It is only the maximum ceiling amount set by the bidder to enable the
auction engine to place bids on his behalf, whenever he is out bidded, upto the ceiling set by him.

 You will be able to view the following on your screen along with the necessary fields in the Forward
Auction:-

(a) Highest Bid in the Auction.

(b) Bid Placed by you.
(c) Opening Price & Increment Value.
(d) Final Closing Price.

Training: Steelez.com will provide training (online) if required by the bidders at a mutually convenient date
and time before the Auction.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF FORWARD AUCTION

 Subject to the reserve price, if any, fixed by the SELLER and subject to the terms and conditions set out
herein, sale shall be made to the HIGHEST BIDDER on “AS IS WHERE BASIS ”and“ NO COMPLAINT BASIS.” The
Seller does not undertake any responsibility to procure any permission/license etc. in respect of the auction
property offered for sale.
 SELLER reserves the right to modify and amend the terms & conditions and announce the same at any time
before the auction concludes. Announcements during the auction on the website including announcement of
any additional conditions OR correction in the catalogue and/or additions or deletions of items being offered
for sale are being done with the consent and knowledge of the seller, and it is binding on the bidder.

 Seller and e-Business dot Com Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any damages, including damages that result
from, but are not limited to negligence. e-Business dot Com Pvt Ltd will not be held responsible for
consequential damages, including but not limited to systems problems, inability to use the system, loss of
electronic information etc.

 In the event of failure on the part of the successful bidder to fulfill his contractual obligations, seller / Steelez
reserves the right to debar such bidder from participating in any future auction conducted by Steelez on behalf
of seller.

 EMD/DEPOSIT: Buyers will need to pay refundable EMD/deposit as specified by the seller. The Seller
reserves the right of forfeit the EMD/deposit for non-adherence of any / various conditions / clauses as laid
down during the auction.

 The highest bidder does not get any right to demand acceptance of his offer. SELLER reserves the right to
accept/ reject/ cancel any bid, withdraw any portion of the Auction Property at any stage from Auction even
after acceptance of bid/ issue of delivery order or release order/ deposit of full value by successful bidder
without assigning any reason thereof. In the event of such rejection/ cancellation/ withdrawal, SELLER, shall
refund the value of Auction Property, if paid for, to the successful bidder. SELLER shall not be responsible for
any damages/loss whatsoever to the successful bidder on account of such withdrawal.

 PAYMENT: All payments shall be made IN the form of Demand Draft/Pay order/ RTGS/NEFT issued by any
Scheduled /Nationalized Bank in favour of HEG Limited payable at BHOPAL. The successful BIDDER(S) will be
intimated about the acceptance of the offer and would be required to deposit full cost of materials and
applicable sale tax and duties within 3-days by crossed Demand Draft in favor of HEG Limited, payable at
BHOPAL failing which SELLER may award the contract to any other party at the cost of the successful bidder(s)
and the EMD shall be forfeited. The successful bidder(s) shall also be liable to pay damages to HEG Limited
arising out of non-deposit of price and re-awarding of contract by HEG Limited to any other party. NO OTHER
MODE OF PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

 LIFTING OF MATERIAL:-The time is the essence of the contract and the successful bidder (s) should start
lifting the material with immediate effect on award of contract after depositing the cost of the material per
the Contract.

 PENALTY FOR NON LIFTING OF SCRAP :- In case the materials are not lifted from the factory as indicated in
the offer schedule or by seller , HEG Limited reserves its rights to dispose it off to any other party and loss
will be made good by the successful bidder and HEG Limited will be at liberty to adjust the amount of
EMD and cost of material, the loss and damages suffered by HEG Limited due to re-awarding of contract to
any other party.

The successful bidder(s) shall also be liable to pay loss and damages. No extension will normally be permitted
either for deposit of amount or for lifting the materials. IN this case EMD will be forfeited by the seller in such
extension; extension will be valid only if permitted in writing by HEG Limited
 Dispatch will be given only once a day
 *****No Delay in Lifting of Material & Payments. *****
 Vehicles should be placed on Daily Basis. Failing the same EMD will be forfeited.
 Payments should be made one day prior to placing the vehicle in form of DD & RTGS only. NO
OTHER MODE OF PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.
The quantities indicated against the lot are purely indicative subject to a variation of ± 10%. In the event of
quantity turning out to be more than the estimated quantity, the buyer has to lift the entire material and
clear the site after making the required payment. In the event of actual quantity turning out to be less than
the estimated quantity, the buyer shall not be entitled to claim any damages, loss of interest or
compensation on this count except the refund of material value and taxes for that much quantity from the
HEG LTD. MANDIDEEP.

These terms and conditions are to be signed by the bidder and must accompany the tender
documents otherwise it is liable to be rejected.

We confirm that we have read and clearly understood above terms and conditions. We undertake to abide
by these terms and condition. We hereby confirmed you that participation in Auction (bidding) in any BID is
means we have read and accept the terms and condition of auction
