Subject-Request for a Tourist Visa
Dear Sir/Madam,
I Surender Singh holding passport number (U6526215) living
in Panipat would like to travel to New Zealand for the visitor
purpose staying about 10 days from 1 September 2023 to 10
September 2023.
I have the honor to submit my application to your department
intend to travel to New Zealand just to explore and more to
know about the culture and traditions. I selected New Zealand
for visiting because this country is well known for truly majestic
places. I want to visit some culture places like TAMAKI
MAORI VILLAGE, QUEEN VICTORIA STATUES. So, that I
can easily come to know about the heritage. I decided to visit
New Zealand. New Zealand is the most beautiful destination
with verdant landscapes and pristine wilderness abound. This
country consist of stunning and diverse natural beauty.
To more brief to myself- I completed my Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering in the year 2018 by DR College Of
Engineering and Technology. I am presently working in the
company named as Kim Autotech Pvt. Ltd. My designation in
the company is as a Mechanic. I am working in this company
from 25 December 2019. My monthly salary is INR 45000
(Rupees forty five thousand only) with the increment March
2023. My company comes as a registered firm named as Kim
Autotech in 2018 but it changed into Private Limited Firm
Registration named as Kim Autotech Private Limited in July
2022. I have nuclear family. In the family there are 4 members-
my parents, wife. I hereby express my sincere thanks to you for
the perusal of my application.
The main purpose of visiting is to explore some places like-
Auckland Dolphin and Whale Watching Eco-Safari Cruise,
Hobbiton Movie Set and Waitomo Caves, visit Sky Tower,
Auckland Museum. Now, I am planning to visit the beautiful
country. The visit will be for 10 days and during the period I
will stay in the mentioned accommodation- Kiwi Hosts located
at 12 Randal Place, North shore, Auckland, New Zealand, 0629.
There are certainly myriad of reasons for selecting the New
Zealand that are mentioned below:
• Firstly- New Zealand is widely known for being for the
adventure and famous for its Maori culture. I have keen interest
to know about the new cultures.
• Secondly- Perfect for the culture scout.
• Thirdly-Many cool activities can be done there like Auckland
Dolphin and Whale Watching Eco-Safari Cruise
All in all, New Zealand is a perfect destination for vacations.
I would like to endorse the fact that I will cover all my expenses
for my visit. Please, find the following documents to support my
visa application
•Travel Insurance, flight reservation, hotel booking, Itinerary are
also attached with documents.
•Employment and leave certificates showing approved leaves as
well the date I am expected to return to work.
•ITR, Pay-slips, and saving account are the proof of my income.
•Bank Statements are also attached.
Itinerary:
The New Zealand is among the top travel destinations in the
world, boasting picturesque locations and a vibrant multicultural
environment. I want to stay in this particular country for 10 days
from 01 September to 10 September 2023 and cover the tourist
spots.
September1:Day 1 Departure from Delhi to New Zealand
I will departure from Delhi and arrive to New Zealand Airport
and proceed to my accommodation in New Zealand.
September2: Day 2 Auckland Museum and Auckland
Domain
Exhibits on New Zealand natural history. Maori heritage, battles
fought by New Zealand and large central park with many
features plus historic greenhouses.
September3: Day 3 Auckland Art Gallery
To visit the international art in the country in an historic
building.
September4 and September5: Day 4 and Day 5 Albert Park
and Sky Tower
To visit the beautiful park with historic statues, fountain and
visit the sky tower.
September6 and September7: Day 6 and Day 7 Kelly
Tarlton’s Sea Life Aquarium and St Patrick’s Cathedral
Explore the largest collection of marine creatures seen through
transparent tunnel walkways and Catholic cathedral which holds
several treasures and a lot of history.
September8: Day8 New Zealand Maritime Museum,
Devonport
To visit the extensive collection related to New Zealand
maritime history and take cruise on heritage vessel and spend
time to view picturesque seaside village.
September9: Day9 Rangitaoto Island and Museum of
transport and technology
Visit the volcanic island just off the Auckland coast and explore
the vast collections of all forms of transportation and
technology.
September10 : Day 10 Arrival to India
After visit the New Zealand come back to India.
REASON TO COME BACK TO INDIA:
• Family Responsibilities- My family is living in India, so I will
surely return back within the mentioned days. My love for
family is the biggest incentives for me to return back and
continue with my family responsibilities.
•Employee in active company- I am an employee in a
company. So, I will come back to India within the mention
• Ownership of Ancestor property and assets.
All in all, I will definitely return back to India after staying there
for 10 days.
I make sure that I am visiting just for the travelling purpose. I
manage all my travelling expenses like hotel booking, travel
insurance. I hope that this information will sufficiently
demonstrate my intentions of visit and requested you to issue the
visitor visa. I will definitely do not remain in New Zealand
further than the period. I will not exceed the legally authorized
stay per visit in New Zealand.
