ADMISSION NOTICE
As you are aware that New Education Policy 2020 has restructured the school education
system into 5 + 3+ 3 + 4, the first three years being the FOUNDATION LEVEL COURSE
before class I i.e -3,-2, -1, where Class I, will be level one. Thus the present School system
which has 14 learning levels will now have 15 levels, from the current year. Earlier the
inception (initial) Nursery class would begin at 3 + years, after which the KG followed,
leading to Class I. Our school has been designed for 14 levels whereas the present system
requires 15 levels.

In order to comply with the NEP, the school this year will admit students for two
FOUNDATION LEVELS (pre-school), sections of the foundation course. This year the
school’s admission process will have an intake of 160 students for the 3+ age group for
(LEVEL -3). As per the NEP the student has to be 15 to be able to appear for class 10. We
want to keep you informed as we are not absolutely sure how this will pan out in 14/15 years
from now.

ESSENTIAL POINTS FOR APPLICANTS TO TAKE NOTE OF


1. Application forms for Pre- Nursery will be available online (only) from 14th August
2023, 10:00am to 16th August 2023, 9:00pm on the website
www.fascampuscare.org. Forms filled in before the above mentioned dates will not be
accepted any way.
2. The System will accept only the first 1000 applications. The admission link will
turn inactive soon after 1000 applicants are registered.
3. A hard copy of the form submitted online must be deposited/ dropped at the School
gate on or before 17th AUGUST 2023 (12:30PM).
4. ONLY HARD COPIES OF FORMS DEPOSITED AT THE SCHOOL ARE
CONSIDERED GENUINE APPLICANTS. OTHERS ARE CONSIDERED
(NOT GIVEN).
5. The shortlisted candidates will be intimated only through www.fascampuscare.org
on 21.08.2023 after 6:00pm; Parent must login using their USER ID & PASSWORD
to view the status of their application. The parents of the shortlisted candidates will be
required to be present in the school on the stipulated date & time.
6. We regret that not all applicants can be accommodated given limited seats.

AGE CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY

PRE NURSERY: Only Children Born between 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 will be
eligible (both days inclusive).

IMPORTANT (MUST READ) GUIDELINES TO FILL THE FORM

Kindly use Internet Explorer (7 and above) or Mozilla Firefox (14 and above) or Google
Chrome (20 and above) to access and fill in the Application Form

STEP 1

Please read the guidelines carefully and then click on the NEXT button to fill in the
admission application form.
STEP 2

After filling the form, please read the declaration and click on I AGREE and SUBMIT.

STEP 3

After successfully submitting the form you will receive your USER ID & Password on your
registered Mobile no. This USER ID & Password must be used to view the status of your
application.

STEP 4

On receiving your User ID & Password use the same to print your duly filled application
form and acknowledgment receipt.

STEP 5

The printed form along with the copy of the required documents must be deposited at
the School gate no. 2 on or before 17th August 2023 (12:30pm).

DOCUMENTS THAT MUST BE UPLOADED AS PART OF THE APPLICATION


FORM (not mandatory)

1. A recent passport size photograph of the child in jpg or jpeg format not
exceeding 20KB.

DOCUMENTS THAT MUST FORM PART OF THE PRINTED APPLICATION TO


BE DEPOSITED AT THE SCHOOL

1. Printout (PDF Format) of the duly filled online application form.


2. A passport size photograph of the applicant child, applicant’s Father &
applicant’s Mother to be properly affixed on the form.
3. Photocopy of the birth certificate from the Municipal Corporation or Local Body
4. Photocopy of proof of residence (latest electricity bill, telephone bill or adhaar
card).
5. Photocopy of the adhaar card of the applicant (if available).
6. Photocopy of the baptism certificate & letter from the parish priest in case of
Christian applicants.
7. Photocopy of the student Id – Card in case a sibling is already studying in this
school.
8. In case of single parent (document verifying the same) is to be attached with the
form.
9. In case either parent is an alumnus of the school, a proof is to be attached with
the form.

NOTE:

 FR. AGNEL SCHOOL IS A CHRISTIAN MINORITY SCHOOL AND


PREFERENCE IS GIVEN TO CHRISTIANS, IF THEY MEET THE
REQUIREMENTS.
 NEIGHBOURHOOD APPLICANTS TOO WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY.
 50% OF SIBLINGS AS WELL AS CHILDREN OF THE ALUMNI.
WILL BE ADMITTED ON PREFERENTIAL BASIS
