Symptom
When logging on to SAP Business One, you receive the error 'Failed to get access token, contact your administrator.'

Environment
SAP Business One
Reproducing the Issue
Prerequisite:
You are using SAP Business One FP2208.
Scenario
Log on to SAP Business One FP2208.
Expected Behavior
No error message is displayed when logging on to SAP Business One.
Actual Behavior
Error - 'Failed to get access token, contact your administrator'.
Cause
The Port 40020 for the new Authentication Service in the System Landscape Directory is not exposed.
It can also appear if the SAP Business One Server Tools Authentication Service has stopped.
Resolution
Open Port 40020 for the new Authentication Service in the System Landscape Directory.
MSSQL Version
Open the Window services (services.msc) and restart SAP Business One Server Tools Authentication Service.
HANA Version
Open a Linux Terminal and run the following command:
sudo service sapb1servertools-authentication restart
Even if the service status is already “Running” this solution is applicable.
