Note: If the recipient of the goods is fulfilling all the conditions laid down in the
Notification No. 45/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 14.11.2017, (attached herewith)
then concessional rate of tax at 2.5% CGST + 2.5% SGST shall be applicable if the
supply is Intra-State and 5% IGST if the supply is Inter-State.
Payment Terms 50 % advance by DD along with your order & balance by DD against Proforma Invoice,
after successful trials at Amar works.
