Project: Payments Client Service & Implementations
Role: Lead Production Support Engineer and SRE Model
Duration : June 2022 – Present
Roles and Responsibilities :
 Leading a group of five employees that oversee several financial applications.
 Prepare and update documentations to ensure that BAU operations are carried out using the most
up-to-date processes and procedures to minimize delays and escalations.
 Create incident reports to aid in data analysis and the identification of opportunities for process
improvement.
 During the DR Failover, responsible for BCP simulation efforts
 Incident Management, Change Management process.
 Creating KB articles every now and then.
 Work on downtime maintenance activities and update stakeholders on progress. Once the
procedure is completed, run all relevant validations.
 Adopted Agile project management approaches by creating stories and tasks in the JIRA platform
and assigning them to team members based on stakeholder demands and internal needs.

Role: Senior Application Support Engineer and SRE Model
Duration :July 2019 – June 2022

Description:
SimCorp Dimensions (SCD) is an integrated, automated and modular investment management
software solution. The suite of integrated solutions supports institutional investors in managing assets,
reducing costs in the long term, mitigating risks and ensuring optimal value for money. SCD is a
scalable platform that enables sustainable growth throughout the entire enterprise.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Lead a group of four employees that oversee several financial applications.
 As a part of App Support project I am responsible for configuring Job failure alerts, log monitoring,
Disk, CPU through ITRS Geneos tool.
 Health of any db and server or any service is in critical state/crossing the threshold values like
CPU>70%, Heap>70%, ZFS>70%, API Failures>10% for critical services will be receiving alert and
depending on the severity we will triaging and acting on it by informing to the relevant team.
 Depending on the criticality will be raising the sev1/sev2/sev3 Jira ticket and assigning the ticket to
relevant team and in case of sev1 will be joining the sev1 bridge call and providing required
information and used JIRA as a ticketing tool.
 Good working experience on Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
 Good knowledge on methodologies like Agile and waterfall model for project planning and
execution.
 Troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues and performing software
maintenance and configuration changes
 Here I have good experience in handling of most of the tickets in ServiceNow and Jira board by
initially checking the prerequisites of in-take of work in the Jira board like checking for the
Mandatory field’s in-place like type, priority, affect versions, fix versions, components, labels, story
points and ramping for the resource etc.
 Understanding of the technical issue behind the day to day issues raised in production and
provides a solution whenever possible through research logs and tables escalate if necessary with

upload and view the documents in Documentum for Personal loans and Home loans that are
booked under CitiFinancial India Ltd (CFIL).
