Steps to create Universal ID.

When we have requested a Suser ID, You will receive an mail from SAP Universal ID - Notification
<[email protected]>

First Create a Universal account by clicking on the below link.

Create your SAP Universal ID.


Enter your First Name, Last Name, and email ID and Enter the password
confirm the password and click on submit.
Then you will get OTP on your entered mail id and enter OTP and Click
Continue

Now it will ask you to link your Deluxe Media Inc. account to a universal
account click on Link Account and finish the process.

Now login with Launchpad.support.sap.com Enter your email ID select Deluxe


Media Inc. account and click on continue.
This will open a new page of scopes select the terms and conditions radio
button click submit and click on Me for SAP.
Now you are at the welcome page of the SAP Support Portal.
