What is a Rational Number?
A rational number is a number that can be expressed as a ratio of two integers.

Equivalent Rational Numbers
The numerator and the denominator of a rational number can
be multiplied or divided by the same non-zero integer without
changing the value of the rational number.
Two rational numbers are said to be equivalent if they have
the same value.
