पंजीकरण izkप्त करने में स्वयं को समर्थ बनाने के fy,, समय-समय पर संशोfधत Ldzhfuax टेस्ट fofuयमावली, 2002 में fofuर्धाfरत शर्त के अधीन, भारत में
आयोfजत fdया जाने वाला Ldzhfuax टेस्ट (Ldzhfuax टेस्ट fuयमावली, 2002 के अनुसार) उत्तीर्ण करना होगा।
It is brought to the notice of the candidate that after he/she obtains the 'foreign medical qualification', he/she shall
have to pass a screening test (as per Screening Test Regulation, 2002) to be held in India subject to the condition
prescibed in the Screening Test Regulations, 2002 and amended from time to time to enable him/her to obtain
provisional/permanent registration from the State Medical Councils.

3. भारतीय आयुfoZKku पfjषद्, यfद समुfचत समझे, अपने आवेदनप= में द्वारा
izस्तुत की गई सूचना की पfरशुद्धता की अपनी ओर से जांच-पड़ताल करने
vH;FkhZ
और/ या vH;FkhZ से इस संबंध में कोई अfतfरक्त सूचना मांगने के fलए स्वतं= होगी औरvH;FkhZ द्वारा izस्तुत की गई fकसी सूचना के इस जांच-पड़ताल के दौरान
या fकसी उत्तरवर्ती चरण में असत्य या गलत पाए जाने की fस्थfत में, इस izकार izदान fकया गया पा=ता izमाणप=, वापस ले fलए गए के रूप में रद्द कर fदया
जाएगा और vH;FkhZ के fवरूद्ध लागू होने वाले कानून के अनुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसके अलावा, ऐसा vH;FkhZ, भारतीय आयुfoZKku पfरषद् अfधfनयम, 1956 की
धारा 13 (4क) के अंतर्गत fवfनर्धाfरत Ldzhfuax टेस्ट में बैठने से वfर्जत हो जाएगा और उसे राज्य आयुfoZKku पfरषदों द्वारा पंजीकृत भी नहीं fकया जाएगा। इस
संबंध में पfरषद् का fनर्णय अंfतम होगा।
The Medical Council of India shall be free, if deemed appropriate, to investigate on its own into the correctness of
information furnished by the candidate in his/her application and /or call for any further information in this regard from
the candidate and in the event of any information furnished by the candidate being found to be incorrect or false
during such investigation or at any subsequent stage, the Eligibility Certificate so granted will be cancelled as
withdrawn an action will be taken against the candidate as per applicable Law. In addition, such a candidate shall
stand debarred from appearing in the Screening Test prescribed in U/S 13(4A) of the Indian Medical Council Act,
1956 and also shall not be registered by the State Medical Councils. The decision of the Council in this regard shall be
final.

4. यह भी नोट fकया जाए fक fकसी भी व्यfक्त को Ldzhfuax टेस्ट में बैठने की अनुमfत नहीं दी जाएगी, जब तक :
(i) वह भारत का एक नागfरक न हो या उसे भारत की समुद्रपारीय नागfरकता (ओसीआई) izदान न कर दी गई हो और उसके पास कोई ऐसी प्राथfमक fचfकत्सा

शैfक्षक योग्यता न हो, fजसकी पुfष्ट, उस देश fजस में उक्त शैfक्षक योग्यता izदान करने वाला संस्थान fस्थत है में, मेfडकल izsfक्टशनर fचfकत्सा व्यवसायी
के रूप में नामांकन हेतु मान्यताizkप्त शैfक्षक योग्यता होने के fलए संबंfधत भारतीय दूतावास द्वारा न कर दी गई हो।
(ii) उसने "fकसी fवदेशी fचfकत्सा संस्थान में fकसी स्नातक-पूर्व fचfकत्सा पाठ्यक्रम में दाfखला लेने के fलए पा=ता शर्तें fवfनयमावली, 2002" के अनुसार

भारतीय आयुfoZKku पfरषद् से पा=ता

izमाणप= izkप्त न कर fलया हो।
It may also be noted that no person shall be allowed to appear in Screening Test unless:
(i) He/she is a citizen of India or has been granted Overseas citizenship of India (OCI) and posses any primary medical
qualification, which is confirmed by the Indian Embassy concerned to be recognized qualification for enrolment as
medical practitioner in the country in which the institution awarding the said qualification is situated.
(ii) He/She had obtained Eligibilty Certificate from Medical Council of India as per the 'Eligibility Requirement for taking
Admission in an Undergraduate Medical Course in a Foreign Medical Institution Regulations, 2002'.

5. vH;FkhZ को, Ldzhfuax टेस्ट में बैठने के fलए आवेदन करने के समय पर, भारतीय आयुfoZKku पfरषद् द्वारा जारी fकया गया पा=ता izमाणप= izस्तुत करना
चाfहए।
The candidate must produce this Eligibility Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India at the time of applying for
appearing in the Screening Test.
6. भारतीय आयुfoZKku पfरषद् द्वारा vH;FkhZ को जारी fकया गया izमाणप=, उसे fकसी fवदेशी fचfकत्सा संस्थान / fवश्वfवद्यालय में fकसी स्नातक fचfकत्सा
पाठ्यक्रम में दाfखला लेने के अलावा fकसी भी अन्य अfधकार का हकदार नहीं बनाएगा।
The Eligibility Certificate issued to the candidate by the MCI shall not entitle him/her to any right, whatsoever, other
than to take admission in a graduate medical course in a foreign medical institution/university.

7. सभी fववाद, fदल्ली के सभी स्थानीय न्यायालयों के क्षे=fधकार के अधीन होंगे।

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of all Local Courts of Delhi.
