 INDICATION SYSTEM
All MEI COP designs include removable flushmounted plates for the Capacity/
No Smoking signs and the Phase II Fire Instructions. This feature makes wording
changes convenient and inexpensive. Each VMI PI is equipped with two alphanumeric
characters. The VMI PI is field-programmable. This is a stud-mounted removable plate
with laser-cut joints and etched signage. This is a stud-mounted plate with laser-cut
joints and engraved signage. All standard key switches are included. Additional key
switches for unique circumstances are also available. All key switch and pushbutton
modules can be wired into a terminal strip in our factory. Fastening points are clearly
identifi ed. All required pushbuttons are included with the corresponding Braille.

Fully upgraded 2M integrated drive controller can be used for roomless as well roomed
and easier to adjust adopting can bus serial communication, humanised functions
that is duplex group control remote monitoring emergency rescue etc., make elevator
operation safer and more reliable, cable cores are reduced efficiently with new system
configuration — car top board and car function board and more stability and best
travel feeling are realised due to excellent VVVF drive system

2M control system is an epochal product of 2M. It represents advanced

technology by dopting innovative design. It is a real GREEN product;
more than 100 protection design and precaution measurement
guarantee ultimate SAFETY; compared with usual control system, 2M
has lots of advantages;

ALL-IN-ONE design of highly integrated motor driving and logic control

unit, not separated inverter and control board, reduces the middle
control tache, multi CPUs share software and hardware which brings
higher speed; multi CPUs monitor each other to make control more
safe and reliable;

2M offers multiple controllers to match different constructions, such

as: wall-mounted controller for MRA: controller inside of hoistway for
MRL; closet controller for high speed elevator;

Energy generated during braking is feed back to the power supply by

the use of energy regeneration device. Compared with usual method
of braking resistor, 2M saves 20-40% of power consumption; Escalator control

Automatically hibernation will reduce power consumption

prominently during elevator standby. Compared with elevator without
this function, auto wakeup elevator saves 90% power consumption
during standby;

With comprehensive EMC design scheme, 2M fully complies with

EN12015, EN12016 standards, it is ‘GREEN’ electrical product
with limit and acceptable electromagnetic pollution and strong
electromagnetic susceptibility;

N-curve algorithm adopts distance control, it automatically

calculates out possible maximum speed according to different floor
distance, makes landing directly without creeping. Compared with
usual control system, 2M improves 5-30% service efficiency, reduces
time of waiting and riding elevator;

Brand-new pin board design can avoid misplug. Also the connection
way of pin and plug guarantees a reliable and convenient junction;

Special technology of synchronous starting without load weighing

compensation is adopted. By the using of sincos encoder, there is no
need to adjust the load weighing compensation;

2M adopts advanced earthquake monitoring detector which real-

time detects P wave or S wave shaking acceleration, guarantees
passengers evacuation before L wave coming which has the maximal
demolition;
