Sir:
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you on behalf
of Oquendo National High School regarding an important matter that concerns the safety and
well-being of our students.
As you may be aware, Oquendo National High school is gearing up for an In-House
Training for the upcoming EVRAA, which will involve rigorous physical activities and
exercises. While such events are essential for the development of our students’ athletic abilities
and teamwork skills, they also necessitate careful planning to ensure the safety and security of all
participants.
One of the primary concerns we have identified for this upcoming training session is the
availability of an adequate water supply, particularly in the event of a water shortage. Given the
intensity of physical exertion expected during the training, it is crucial that our athletes and
coaches have access of reliable source of water and prevent any-health issues.
Therefore, I am kindly requesting the assistance of the Bureau of Fire Protection Office
(BFP) in ensuring that our school premises have access to a sufficient water supply throughout
the duration of the In-House Training. This may involve coordinating with relevant authorities to
prioritize water distribution to our school area, especially during water outrage.
Additionally, we would like to appreciate any guidance or recommendations from the
BFP on water conservation measures that we can implement to optimize the use of available
water resources during the training session.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of our athletes and coaches is our top priority, and we
believe that your support cooperation in this matter will greatly contribute to the success of our
upcoming In-House Training.
Thank you for your attention to this request. We look forward to your prompt response
and assistance in addressing this important concern.
With regards,
MA.LUZ C. MURILLO
School Principal
