EXCEPTIONS & NOTIFICATIONS
AVA can provide real-time exception notifications based on configurable and user-defined business rules.
Examples: unauthorized truck entering geofence, unscheduled truck doing tasks, incorrect material loaded, material dumped at
incorrect location, fatigue break non-compliance, speeding events, etc.
EVENT REPLAY
Clients can go back in time and replay historic events to view how mobile assets moved about in the mine/quarry area for a specific
date and time as if in real-time. This has proven very valuable during incident investigations.
DISPATCH BOARD

Dispatch dashboard provides real-time view of the
performance of load & haul process per excavator through
various KPI. These include: fill time, queue time, loads per
hour and loads completed per shift. Dispatch dashboard
also indicates which mobile assets are in operational delay
and maintenance areas and the duration of their current
stay. Email, SMS and in-app alerts can be setup in AVA
platform based on user-defined rules, in order for clients
to be notified of any exceptions as they occur.

CAB-APP
AVA’s cab-app solution runs on Android devices and receives scheduled tasks from AVA web application. Operators can then execute
their assigned tasks and update status of tasks. Operators can also add additional detail (categories and reasons) to operational and
maintenance delays using the cab-app.
SCHEDULING
Clients can plan activities and assign relevant mobile asset resources to scheduled activities. Planned tasks can be assigned to
internal team or to contractors for them to acknowledge and execute the scheduled tasks.

AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION CALCULATION
Using either truck capacities and fill factors or through integration with payload sensors or load cells, the AVA platform automatically
determines the tons/BCM that are hauled per production cycle in real-time.
MATERIAL INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
AVA can provide material inventory volumes and tonnages per stockpile in near real-time. Each load that is dumped or removed from
a stockpile increases and decreases material inventory respectively. The tons/BCM per load is determined either using equipment
capacities and fill factors or through integration with payload sensors and load cells. LIMS & survey data can be uploaded to AVA to
periodically correct any potential material inventory variances.
JOURNEY ANALYSIS
Analyse events, delays, movement, time usage and other KPI during the journey from origin to destination to identify improvement.
MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT
Once asset enters maintenance area it will automatically be matched with a planned maintenance event if already scheduled. If no
planned maintenance event is scheduled for a mobile asset entering maintenance area, then AVA system will automatically create an
unplanned maintenance event. Maintenance events can be updated based on actual maintenance work performed.
ACCESS & LOAD CONTROL
AVA can integrate with access control solutions and camera systems to provide additional control mechanisms at points of entry.
An example of this at a site in Malaysia is where number plate recognition on trucks entering the site is verified against the schedule
to ensure only scheduled trucks enter the site.
AVA can integrates with weighbridge & silo software as well as payload sensors and load cells to ensure accurate tonnage values are
assigned to loads moved between source and destination. Clients can reconcile tonnage values at both source and destination.
Significant gap identified between tonnage values are flagged and relevant people can be notified through e-mail, in-app or SMS alert
Key Performance Indicator
List of standard datapoints available to Clients when using AVA platform for management of the hauling process. Using these
datapoints a large variety of different KPI’s can be provided on both reports directly in AVA platform as well as PowerBI dashboards.
