Design, manufacturing, testing & supply of the following Lt panel IP42, Floor Mounting, Dust /
Vermin Proof indoor type fully bolted, compartmentalized with hinged lockable detachable from
front and back, dust and vermin proof , four mounted, metal clad (CRCA) switchboard fabricated out
of 2/1.6 mm thick (load bearing member of 2 mm & non load bearing of 1.6 mm) pretreatment
process ,RAL-7032 powder coated of 80-100 micron. bus bar bending done by CNC M/CS only. Door
PANEL SPECEFICATIONS
hang should be of aluminum casted, each door should have properly earthing arrangement. Suitable
for use at 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 hz system fault level as mentioned in BOM at 415 volts.
Appropriate lovers and fan should be provided for proper heat dissipation protection. all required
testing as per IS to be conducted at vender site, bus bar should be Electrolytic aluminum (E91)
Hindalco make.
