SUBJECT : Report of Unjust Vexation

1. Reference: CIRAS BLOTTER Entry Number 012812-202111-1082 dated November 30, 2021.
2. In connection with the above reference, be informed that at about 11:00 AM
of November 30, 2021, Analiza Aquino y Diza, 47 years old, widow, unemployed and a resident of Sitio 3 Brgy 55-A Barit, Laoag City reported to this office and lodged a complaint for unjust vexation against Kristel Nague, legal age, single, unemployed and a resident of Brgy 55-B Salet, Laoag City. Said incident transpired at Sitio Bulangon Brgy 55-B Salet, Laoag City .GPS of Lat: 18.209240, Long: 120.622780. Beat Patroller is PCpl Jonathan Cardona.
3. Investigation conducted disclosed that on August 30, 2021 at about 3:00 PM
while she and her companions were just alighted from their vehicle at Sitio Bulangon near Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) Church at said barangay, when the suspect (Kristel Nague) uttered to her the following tagalog words; to wit: “Putang ina mo! Tsismosa! Lalakero! Puta ka! Malandi ka!, Putang ina niyo! and repeatedly uttered those words while pointing fingers to herein reporter. Further, that during the incident, reporter and her companions just ignored the acts/gestures of the suspect. Furthermore, reporter stated that previously she had a misunderstanding with the suspect and said incident was already reported to the Barangay Officials/Lupon concerned in consonance to PD 1508 otherwise known as the Katarungang Pambarangay Law for their conciliatory/mediation proceedings but it was not settled. Any development of the case will be immediately forwarded to your office as soon as obtained.
