A3: For the process permission application procedure and related information, please
visit TSRI’s website under "Chip Manufacturing/Service Information/3. How to
Obtain Technical Information for Various Processes?"
Q4:若報名時無課程所需製程權限,是否可先報名再後補申請製程權限?
A4:1. 不行,若您報名之課程報名資格需有特定製程之製程權限,皆需完成申請才能報名。
2. 若您因報名課程急需完成製程權限審核,請您於備齊製程權限申請所需文件後,與您申請製
程 權限連絡窗口連繫,相關人員會協助您優先處理。
Q4: If I don't have the required process permissions for the course at the time of
registration, can I register first and then apply for the process permissions later?
A4: 1. No, for courses that require specific process permissions for eligibility, you must
complete the application before you can register.
2. If you urgently need to complete the process permission review for course
registration, please prepare the required documents for the process permission
application and contact the designated contact for process permission
application. The relevant personnel will assist you in expediting the process.
Q5:課程若已完成報名但尚未完成繳費,是否可異動或刪除已報名課程?
A5:不行,因為避免學員誤刪已繳費之繳費單,故繳費單一經產生後,該張繳費單即無法再做任何
異動及刪除,需待便利商店系統自動連線確認後(約二個工作天),系統自動刪除逾期未繳費之繳
費單,學員才能再重新報名原課程。
Q5: Can I modify or delete a registered course if the registration is completed but
payment has not been made?
A5: To prevent students from mistakenly deleting a paid payment slip, once a payment
slip is generated, it cannot be modified or deleted. You must wait for the
convenience store system to automatically connect and confirm (approximately two
working days). After the system automatically deletes overdue unpaid payment
receipts, students can re-register for the original course.
Q6:若我的繳費單因逾期未繳費且系統尚未刪除,是否可請課程承辦人員協助先刪除該張繳費單?
A6:不行,因課程承辦人員無此權限。
Q6: If my payment slip is overdue and the system has not yet deleted it, can I ask the
course coordinator to delete it for me?
A6: No, the course coordinator does not have the authority to do so.
Q7:為何衝堂之課程,系統無法接受同時報名?
A7:為避免資源浪費,故如您報名之課程上課日期一樣者,系統會提示您請您選擇其中一門課程上
課。
Q7: Why can't I register for overlapping courses simultaneously?
A7: To avoid waste of resources, if the class dates of the courses you registered
overlap, the system will prompt you to choose only one of the overlapping courses
for attendance.
Q8:報名期限過了或已額滿,是否還可以接受報名?
A8:報名期限逾期或已額滿,恕不再接受報名。
Q8: Can I still register if the registration deadline has passed or if the course is already
full?
A8: Registrations will not be accepted after the deadline or if the course is already full.
Q9:已報名課程,若因故無法上課,是否可辦理退費或換課?
A9:1. 晶片設計實作課程因有製程權限之限制,故此系列課程恕不接受換課或更換上課人員,凡
因故無法上課者,一律以退費處理。
2. 欲申請退費者,需於各課程報名截止日前備齊所需文件提出退費申請,逾期或未備齊所需文
件, 恕不受理。詳細規定及所需之文件請參課程報名須知/課程退費及調課機制。
Q9: If I have registered for a course but can't attend due to unforeseen circumstances,
can I get a refund or switch to another course?
A9: 1. Due to the restrictions of process permissions in chip design and implementation
courses, course exchanges or substitutions of participants are not
allowed. For those unable to attend the course due to unforeseen
circumstances, a refund will be processed without exception.
2. To apply for a refund, you need to submit the required documents for the
refund application before the registration deadline of each course.
Applications submitted after the deadline or without the required documents will
not be accepted. For detailed regulations and required documents, please refer
to the “Course Registration Guidelines/Course Refund and Course Change
Mechanisms”.
Q10:如事先已知上課當天無法出席,可否延至下一期課程或改上其他課程?
A10:不行,晶片設計實作課程學員如因故無法出席上課,恕無法改上其他課程或延至下一期課程補
課。
Q10: If I know in advance that I won't be able to attend a class on the scheduled day,
can I postpone it to the next session or switch to another course?
A10: No, for Chip Design and Implementation Courses, if a participant cannot attend a
class due to unforeseen circumstances, it is not possible to switch to another
course nor make up classes in the next session.
二、繳費問題(Questions about Payment)
Q1:為何已完成繳費,但報名系統中的繳費狀態卻仍顯示「未繳」?
A2:因便利商店作業流程關係,故於您繳款日後 2~3 個工作天內便利商店才會將您的繳款資料回
傳至本中心,本中心報名系統亦才會完成對帳作業。因此,若您欲查詢您的繳費狀況,請您於
繳費後 3 個工作天再至系統中查詢。
Q1: Why is the payment status in the registration system still showing as "unpaid"
even though I have completed the payment?
A2: Due to the operational process of convenience stores, it takes approximately 2 to 3
working days after your payment date for the convenience store to transmit your
payment information back to TSRI. Our registration system will then reconcile the
payment. Therefore, if you want to check your payment status, please wait for 3
working days after making the payment before checking in the system.
Q2:若於繳費 3 個工作天後報名系統中的繳費狀態仍顯示「未繳」,應該要如何處理?
A2:請您儘速與課程負責人員連繫,以免影響您的上課權利。
Q2: If the payment status in the registration system still shows as "unpaid" after 3
working days of making the payment, what should I do?
A2: Please promptly contact the course coordinator to address this issue and ensure
that it doesn't affect your right to attend the course.
Q3:若未於規定繳費期限內完成繳費,逾期之繳費單是否仍可至便利商店繳費?另亦會有何影響?
A3:若您未於指定之繳費期限內完成繳費,則系統會於繳費截止日後 2 個工作天自動取消您逾期未
繳費所報名之課程或所購買之講義,如您欲上該課程需請您重新再上網名,但原您報名之課程
有可能會有額滿無法報名之問題。
Q3: If I miss the deadline for the payment slip, can I still make the payment at a
convenience store? What are the consequences of overdue payment?
A3: If you fail to complete the payment within the specified deadline, the system will
automatically cancel your registration for the course or your purchase for
handouts after 2 working days from the payment deadline. If you still wish to
attend the course, you will need to re-register online. However, the course you
originally registered for might be full by then and unavailable for registration.
Q1:如已報名課程,臨時有事要如何請假?
A1:請您來信告知訓練課程承辦人員,承辦人員會協助您處理。
Q1: If I have already registered for a course, how can I request a leave of absence due
to unforeseen circumstances?
A1: Please send an email to the training course coordinator, informing them of your
situation. They will assist you in handling the necessary process.
Q2:如欲請假,需於什麼時間點以前完成請假手續?
A2:各課程如欲請假,最晚請於各課程最後一天上課前完成請假手續,逾期恕不接受補請。
Q2: If I want to take a leave, by what point do I need to complete the procedure?
A2: For each course, if you wish to take a leave, please complete the procedure no
later than the last day of the class for each course. Requests made after this
deadline will not be accepted.
Q3:如因故無法去上課,是否可請其他人員代理上課?
A3:晶片設計實作課程因有製程權限之限制,故此系列課程恕不接受代理上課,凡因故無法上課
者,一律以退費處理。
Q3: If I am unable to attend a class due to unforeseen circumstances, can someone
else attend the class on my behalf?
A3: Due to the restrictions of process permissions in Chip Design and Implementation
Courses, this series of courses does not accept attendance on behalf of
others. For those unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will
be processed without exception.
Q4:如已報名課程沒去上課又忘了請假,會有什麼影響?
A4:該課程之出席狀況則為「曠課」,且您無法填寫課後問卷及無法領到上課證明。
Q4: If I have registered for a course but didn't attend the class and also forgot to request a leave,
what are the consequences?
A4: In such cases, your attendance status for that class will be marked as "absent." As
a result, you won't be able to fill out post-course questionnaire or receive a
certificate of attendance.
Q1:完成繳費後,要如何領取發票?
A1:原則上課程發票會於各課程上課時發給學員,若因故於上課期間您的發票尚未開立好,於課後
我們會分批以掛號郵寄至您於報名系統所留之通訊住址。
Q1: After completing the payment, how can I obtain the invoice?
A1: In general, course invoices will be distributed to participants during the class. If
for some reason your invoice hasn't been prepared during the class, we will send
them out in batches to your registered mailing address via registered mail after
class.
Q2:如果急需報帳但卻一直未領到發票,該如何處理?
A2:因於訓練課程期間所需開立發票較多,故如您急需報帳請您務必事先與課程承辦人員連絡,以
便我們事先幫您處理。
Q2: If I urgently need to submit the expense claim for reimbursement but haven't
received the invoice, what should I do?
A2: Due to the high volume of invoices generated during the training course period, if
you urgently need to submit an expense claim, please make sure to contact the
course coordinator in advance. This will allow us to assist you with the necessary
arrangements in a timely manner.
Q3:若欲更改發票抬頭或內容,該如何處理?
A3:請您至訓練課程網頁/相關表單下載,下載「發票內容異動申請表」,詳填該張表單後連同原發
票寄給課程承辦人員,於收到後會協助您修改。
Q3: If I want to change the billing information or content on the invoice, what should
I do?
A3: Please visit the training course webpage and download the "Invoice Modification
Application Form" from the 'Related Forms' section. After completing the form,
send it along with the original invoice to the course coordinator. Once received,
we will assist you in making the necessary modifications.
Q4:發票若遺失了,是否可以申請補發?
A4:若您的發票遺失,可向本中心課程承辦人員提出補發影本之申請,但需請您至訓練課程網頁/相
關表單下載,下載「發票遺失申請表」,於填寫完後將該份文件寄給該課程承辦人員,待收到
後會儘速協助您進行申請。
Q4: If I have lost the invoice, can I apply for a reissue?
A4: If you have lost your invoice, you can request a copy by submitting an application
to the course coordinator at TSRI. To initiate this process, please visit the training
course webpage and download the "Lost Receipt Declaration Form." After
completing the form, send it to the course coordinator. Once received, we will
promptly assist you with the reissuance application.
五、其他問題(Other Questions)
Q1:如要報名的課程已額滿,什麼樣的狀況下貴中心才會再增開課程?
A1:各課程報名若已額滿,您可於報名系統中勾選「建議增開」,我們於每梯次課程開放報名 一 ~
二星期左右會依學生勾選建議增開課程的學生人數多寡,及評估講師時間是否允許,來決定是
否增開課程,若確定增開亦會將課程訊息公告於本中心網頁。
Q1: If the course I want to register for is already full, under what circumstances will
TSRI consider opening additional courses?
A1: If a course is already full, you can select "Suggest Opening More Courses" in the
registration system. When we open registration for each session, typically around
one to two weeks, we will take into account the number of students suggesting
additional courses and evaluate whether the instructor's schedule allows for it.
Based on these factors, we will decide whether to open additional courses. If the
decision is made to open more courses, the course information will be announced
on TSRI's website.
Q2:忘了簽到或簽退,事後是否還可以補簽名?
A2:恕不接受補簽到或簽退,故請您每天上課前務必主動簽到並於下課後簽退,如有任何問題請您
立刻與相關人員連絡,以免影響您的權利。
Q2: If I forget to sign in or sign out, can I still make up for it afterwards?
A2: Unfortunately, we do not accept makeup for missed sign-ins or sign-outs.
Therefore, it's important that you proactively sign in before each class and sign out
after each class. If you encounter any issues, please contact the relevant personnel
immediately to avoid any impact on your attendance rights.
Q3:若課程皆有出席,但出勤狀況卻未顯示全勤,該如何處理?
A3:請您先確認您每次上課是否皆已簽到及簽退,若您每次上課都有簽到及簽退,則請您於該課程
上課結束後三天內與訓練課程負責人連絡,以免影響您的權利。
Q3: If I have attended all the classes, but the attendance record doesn't show full
attendance, what should I do?
A3: Please verify whether you have signed in and signed out for each class. If you have
consistently signed in and signed out for every class, then within three days after
the course ends, please contact the training course coordinator to address the issue
and ensure it doesn't affect your right.
Q4:課程結束後是否會發予結業證書或相關證明文件?
A4:會,但各類型課程發證標準詳參各課程簡章。
Q4: Will a graduation certificate or relevant proof be issued after the course ends?
A4: Yes, but the criteria for issuing certificates vary by course type. Please refer to the
course prospectus for specific details.
Q5:晶片實作課程下線之晶片何時可拿到?
A5:此部份需配合當年度本中心晶片下線時程,故每梯次課程可拿到晶片的時間不固定,但本中心
於欲寄出晶片時會以 mail 另行通知學員。
Q5: When can I receive the chip for the tape-out of the Chip Implementation Course?
A5: The timing for receiving the chip depends on TSRI’s annual chip tape-out schedule.
Therefore, the availability of chips for each course session is not fixed. However,
we will send a separate notification to participants via email when the chips are
ready to be shipped.
Q6:課程期間如遇天災(颱風、地震…等因素),則停課標準及處理措施為何?
A6:1. 停課標準:係以上課所在地縣市政府是否上課為準,若上課所在地宣佈停止上課則該課程
停課。
2. 停開課程處理措施:
(1) 本中心會先以 e-mail 通知課程處理方式,若需調課,於確定停課後,會再與老師協調
異動後上課時間,待確定調課時間,會再通知上課學員調課相關事宜。
(2) 原則上為維護課程完整性,停課日之後課程取消,擇日補課。情況特殊之課程若處理方
式不同, 會再另行 mail 通知。(ex:三天之課程,第一天停課,則第二、三天之課程即
取消,擇日再補課)。
Q6: In the event of a natural disaster (such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) during
the course period, what are the criteria and procedures for class suspension?
A6: 1. Class Suspension Criteria: It Depends on whether the local county or city government,
where the course is held, decides to hold classes on the day of the course. If the local
government announces the suspension of classes, the course will be suspended.
2. Procedures for Handling Class Suspension:
(1) TSRI will send an email notification regarding the course arrangements. If
rescheduling is required, after confirming the class suspension, TSRI will
coordinate with the instructor to determine new class dates. Once the
rescheduling is confirmed, the enrolled students will be notified of the
details.
(2) Basically, to maintain the integrity of the course, suspended classes will be
rescheduled on a later date. For certain exceptional cases where the
procedure differs, participants will be notified separately via email (For
example, if a three-day course is suspended on the first day, the classes
scheduled for the second and the third days will be canceled, and makeup
classes will be rescheduled for a later date.)
