Dear student,
We hope you are going well with your classes. You are aware that tests are integral part of the learning process.
Hence, please find attached herewith schedules of tests you will require to undergo during the academic year 2024-
25. The tests will be conducted in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode through my Aakash App in their respective
centers. The students are expected to carry their mobile phones/ Tab to be used for the test.

The test planners are as follows:

a) Unit Tests: There will be six Unit tests on JEE (Main) pattern each of 3 hours duration. Each paper will have
two sections: Section- A with 20 questions from each subject & will be compulsory whereas Section- B will
have 10 questions from each subject out of which 5 questions have to be answered. The questions will have
only one option correct - akin to the pattern of the JEE (mains) Exam. Each correct answer would be awarded
+4 & -1 for each incorrect answer.

b) Term Tests: There will be three Term Tests on JEE (Advanced) pattern. In each test there will be two papers
Paper 1 and Paper 2. each of three hours duration. Hence a total of 6 hours duration for both the papers.
The pattern of the test will be akin to the pattern of JEE (advanced).

c) All India Aakash Test Series: A series of eight tests [four on JEE (main) Pattern and four on JEE
(advanced) pattern] which are also held in multiple cities across the country at the same time with some of
the country's best students (from many institutes) appearing. Tests on JEE (main) Pattern will be of 3 hours
whereas the tests on JEE (advanced) pattern will be of 6 hours duration (3 hours for each paper) with a
break of one hour. The tests will be from a part of the whole syllabus & will be similar to the pattern of JEE
(Main) and JEE (advanced) respectively & then some tests towards the end will be complete syllabus mock
tests. The pattern of the tests will be the same as that of term tests. The domain size & quality of the
examinees will provide you the perfect platform to benchmark your score against top class talent across the
nation & provide you the much-needed insight for continuous improvement. The tests will be conducted in
CBT (Computer Based Test) mode.
