I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my interest in joining the Solidarités International team. Let
me introduce myself briefly. I am a mathematics graduate from NUST, class of 2020. I also appeared in the Civil
Service Examination in 2021 and 2022. During my journey, I worked with several youth and social work
organizations in NUST and Islamabad.
I have held leadership positions at the National Youth Association, TABA Youth Society, and NUST Community
Service, where we created continuous sponsorship mechanisms for the education of three orphanages, including
Noreen Zindagi Trust. As the president, I served on the SNS Student Council. I collaborated with policymakers and
stakeholders to compile a report on Pakistan Youth Vision 2030 under the umbrella of SEHAR.
In my previous work experience, I served as the Project Assistant at Wellness Trust, where the CEO was from
Qatar. The basic pillars of Wellness Trust were on three SDGs: no hunger, quality education, and climate action. I
managed three medical camps and secured sponsors from multiple networks. At Development Hub Pakistan, I
worked as a Project Coordinator for the collection of ground data and preparation of reports on various societal
issues, such as smoking in public areas and the primary education sector survey. I am an active member of
Islamabad Readers Club and one of the founding members of Researcher's Cafe. Currently, I work as a Data
Analyst, where I clean and refine data and prepare reports with significant insights. Despite my various roles in
social work, my deep interest in NGOs' project management drives me to apply at Solidarités International.
Furthermore, I can demonstrate how I can contribute effectively to the Solidarités International team:
• My background in non-profit organizations equips me to develop linkages with donors, partners, and
government counterparts to promote Solidarités International's agenda.
• With my Civil Service experience, I understand the policies shaping civil society in Pakistan, aiding in
managing consortium partner affairs and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
• My event management experience demonstrates my ability to engage stakeholders and coordinate project
activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Having contributed to the Pakistan Youth Vision 2030 report, I can produce comprehensive reports
detailing Solidarités International's project achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
• Managing two Instagram pages has honed my skills in graphic design, content writing, and social media
management, enhancing Solidarités International's online presence.
• As a Data Analyst, I utilize tools like SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze data, prepare reports, and
generate future predictions, bringing valuable insights to Solidarités International's project evaluation and
strategic planning.
• As a youth activist, I can bring innovative ideas to the table, contributing to impactful multi-sectoral
development and humanitarian interventions.
• I proficiently handle media files to create marketing templates and format reports and bids, ensuring
alignment with Solidarités International's standards and donor requirements.
