1. Acceptance Fees

- Use the RRR generated to make payment for Admission Acceptance fee in any bank of your choice.
- Acceptance Fee Amount is N62,000
2. Online Clearance and Facial Capture
- Visit https://apply.unizik.edu.ng/ login with your username and password click on Eclearance, click on
2022/2023 Undergraduate regular Eclearance.
- Follow the Instruction to Fill your online clearance form.
- Submit your online clearance form.
- Proceed to the digital library for your Finger print Verification and facial biometric capture. Instruction on this
will be on the capture page.
3. Physical Clearance
- Print out your E clearance form
- Proceed to the Admission Office in the University Admin Block B, first floor, for your physical clearance and
UTME biometric verification/fingerprint capture
- Below are the documents you need to go with:
1. Birth certificate/ Batismal certificate
2. O' level result/s
3. UNIZIk Admissions status slip
4. Original JAMB result slip
5. Original JAMB admission letter
6. Local Govt. Identification Letter
7. Four(4) passport photographs
4. Login into your Portal Account.
- Visit my.unizik.edu.ng
- Use your jamb registration number as your username and password as your password.
- You will be prompted to change your password on the first login.
- Remember to keep your Password safe.
5. Payment Of School Fees (Development Levy)
- Inside your portal Click on fees
- Select development levy
- Generate RRR and got to the bank of your choice to pay.
6. Your Registration number
- After payment, Return to the portal and login
- You will see your registration number
- Print it out and return to the admision office for filling
