Terms & Conditions Applicable for TPD:

1. The purchase price reduction will only be available for the goods in stock, purchased from authorized distributors of Xiaomi Technology India Pvt. Ltd., that have been sold to
customers for use within India during scheme period.
2. Partners must be active & abide by all policies during scheme period. Exit, termination, removal/covering of header board or non-compliance to policies will lead to disqualification
from the scheme.
3. Partner needs to ensure activations of IMEIs during the above period. Xiaomi reserves the right to consider 2nd activation while calculating payout for the models in offer during the
scheme period.
4. Exclusive Stores must ensure HIPOS & Activation is on the same date.
5. Distribution partner has to upload Partner sell-in before activation in DMS.
6. All Credit notes are subject to Audit. Xiaomi reserves the right in case of Non-adherence to business hygiene (wholesaling, cartel formation, fake/suspect activation, international
activation, stock found in online, etc.) to disqualify/penalize/ hold the Scheme payout.
7. Xiaomi reserves the right to modify the terms of this communication & can withdraw the scheme on a day’s notice. In case of any dispute, Xiaomi’s decision will be final and binding in
all aspects.
Credit Note Calculation of discount:
• TPD- Credit Note will be credited net off Margin & GST
