New Zealand
New Zealand is situated in the South Pacific ocean and consists of two main islands, North
Island and South Island. Both north and south islands are full of hills and mountains. The
north of the country and the east coast are more windy than the far South. New Zealand's
summer months are December to February and this is an excellent time to visit the country
beautiful pictures. They are ideal for swimming, sunbathing and diving in autumn. The forest
woods of Central Otago and Autumnbay are popular with visitors with the colorful changing
leaves and beautiful scenery. There are also evergreen forests which are home to the famous
kiwi bird. This type of bird cannot flight and therefore lives on the ground. It is a nocturnal
creature. Thus, you can see it digging in the ground for insects.
Winter is the best time to visit the mountains. I enjoy skiing amidst beautiful views of the
landscape and glaciers. In spring, there will be a flower festival where city folks celebrate it
with a parade and multiple decorations. If you are a fan of adventure sports, New Zealand has
plenty to offer. Activities such as white-water rafting and bungee-jumping are popular with
tourists. Spring is a good time for such adventures because the melting snow makes river
water levels high enough for exciting rapid adventures.

Henry is a schoolboy aged 14. His mother has given him a
mobile phone last holiday as a Christmas present. Henry likes
his mobile phone and uses it daily. He send messages to his
friends daily and checks the time using his mobile phone.
Henry occasionally plays video games on his mobile phone.
Lately, he has been playing 3 hours daily and misses his
homework. He has been reprimanded by his teachers for
missing his homework , three times. Another homework is
due next Monday, Henry has not completed it yet. He has
planned to skip class on Monday. He hopes that his teacher
will forget about it.
Henry plans to pretend to be ill. He intends to complain
about having a stomache and will request that his father
informs his school about his condition.
