MECHANICS AND GUIDELINES (MUTYA NG SULO 2023)
A. The candidates for Mutya ng Sulo 2023 should be a resident of the Municipality of Naga.
B. The candidates should be feminine and not a member of LGBTQ community, and should be
willing and open for her to join the pageant.
C. The candidates will represent the Barangay where she`s currently residing.
D. The candidate should be at least 16-25 years old.
E. The candidates should be ready and prepare themselves in the following exposures:
a. Production No. g. Question and Answer
b. Jeans Wear
c. Casual Wear
d. Swimsuit (Two Piece or One Piece)
e. Talent
f. Evening Gown
Talent should be 3 minutes to 5 minutes with at least 1-5 back up. If it exceeds, 2 points will be deducted from the
overall score of the judges.
F. The pageant night will be on May 8, 2023, Monday, 6:00 pm at Sulo Covered Court, Sulo Naga, Zamboanga
Sibugay.

H. Schedule of practice will start on April 30, 2023, Saturday, 8 am. Pictorials will follow after the practice at around
1 pm.
I. The candidates will be judged by percentage of each exposure:

J. After the proclamation of the bottom 3 (5th, 4th and 3rd runners up), there will be a final question and answer
portion to the top 3 finalists wherein the system of judging is back to zero. Meaning to say, the scores they
garnered during their recent exposures will not be counted on the final judging.
