1. Welcome notes:
En. Abdul Manan welcomes everybody to this meeting.
Info
Objective:
The meeting is a kick-off meeting for the development of
CBPMS4 and to get further confirmation on CBPMS4 user
requirement; especially for Performance Planning, Finalizing
Performance Planning and Admin modules.
2. User requirement:
During the meeting, some of the user requirement for
CBPMS4 has been elaborated for more details:-
1. System log report function will be needed to trace the
transactions for these modules:
a. Competency Rating
b. KPI Rating
c. EPA
d. Appeal
2. GHR will define the necessary user groups for CBPMS4
users and submit the template to ICT. Project Team
3. New columns need to be added in Mrater table into the
database as the PMS conduct report will only taking into
account of CBPMS4 users who completed their PMS
processes within:
a. The specified timeframe.
b. Individual unlock cases but with valid reasons (a
checkbox will be added to denote that the user
will be included in the PMS conduct report).
4. PMS conduct report will be based on these modules:
a. Preliminary Performance Planning
b. Finalizing Performance Planning
c. Selection Multirater
d. Competency Rating
e. KPI Rating
f. EDP
3. Others:
1. Progress meetings will be conducted twice a month;
every middle and end of the month. Info
2. Next meeting (tentatively) on 29 December 2009.
