Essential • B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with first class
qualification • M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Design, or NDT, or any allied
specialization) with first class. (current second year M.E/M.Tech students
can also apply).
• Candidate with a valid GATE score, and whose dissertation work in the
area of stress wave analysis/ultrasonic sensors/vibration, allied area, and
willing to work in the area of fuel properties/adulteration detection.
Desired • Recently passed out students (2020 to 2024) preferable.
qualification • The students should have knowledge in FEM simulation software
“ABAQUS/ ANSYS, etc.,”
• Good knowledge in fluid rheology /fuel properties/adulteration, also,
knowledge in ultrasonic (NDT) applications in solids and fluids.
Emoluments • Rs. 37000 + HRA per month for the first two years
• Rs. 42000 + HRA for the third year
Age Relaxation • As per norms and guidelines
Job Nature Execute the objectives of the Research project.
Other benefits The selected candidates are eligible for the Ph.D. degree at NIT Warangal, as
per the institute rules. However, s(he) needs to apply for a Ph.D. position
when the advertisement opens.
