Valley, trekking and horse riding in different parts of the state.

DAY 01 Mumbai to Chandigarh

and snowmobiling in Solang Valley.

monasteries and temples of Manali on foot.

• Vehicle will be allowed up to parking points & last possible

of bad weather, ill health, Road blocks or any factors beyond

Cancellation Policy
In case of any cancellations, following cancellation charges are
applicable:
• Before 40 days: 30% of the package cost
• Between 39 to 29 days: 45% of the package cost
• Between 29 to 21 days: 65% of the package cost
• Between 20 days or less: NO REFUND
General Terms & Conditions
• Organizers reserves full right to claim any additional expenses due to
delay / breakdown of buses/ rail/ strikes/ war/ riot/ natural calamities
like heavy rainfall, heavy snowfall & other act of god.
• In such cases extra cost of hotel accommodation and food will be
borne by customers themselves.
• In case of damages whatsoever done by the participants the cost of
the same has to be borne by him / her.
• If company does not receive the payment on given dates, organizers
have full authority to cancel the booking and there will be no refund.
• Participant will not enter any water source / Swimming pool / Lake /
Pond / Water Fall, Organizers will not be held responsible for any
mishaps.
• The participants are coming at their own risk. Any injury/ harm
caused to them during the excursion will not be the responsibility of
the company or any member associated with it.
• Organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage of participant’s
personal property.
• Organizers have full rights to amend any cancellation policies and
terms & conditions without any prior information to customers.

• According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be
carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The
identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card,
Passport, and Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be
allowed to check in.
