Employment Type: Full-Time

Time: Monday-Saturday (9AM-6PM) India Time
Salary: ₹15,000 as Base Salary
Probation Period: 3 Months

Job Description:

Full Stack Development:


Design, develop, and maintain server-side and client-side applications using the
MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack.
Implement responsive and scalable user interfaces.
Backend Development:
Develop server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend
and backend systems.
Manage and optimize database interactions using MongoDB/MYSQL.
Frontend Development:
Build dynamic and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly
designs.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of frontend components.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, other developers,
and stakeholders.
Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and
retrospective meetings.
Communicate effectively on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Code Quality and Testing:
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and
adherence to best practices.
Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack.
Scalability and Performance Optimization:
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend
components.
Security:
Implement and maintain security best practices to safeguard applications against
potential vulnerabilities.
Stay informed about the latest security threats and ensure the application's security
measures are up to date.
Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and development
processes.
Ensure documentation is accessible to the development team and other
stakeholders.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Engage in professional development to enhance skills and knowledge related to the
MERN stack.
Problem Solving:
Analyze and resolve technical challenges promptly.
Proactively identify and address potential issues that may impact the development
process.

This position is Salary-based. You will receive a Base salary ₹15,000. The Salary will be paid
on a monthly basis.
