RHOPLEX™ 4215 Floor Finish Polymer
RHOPLEX™ 4215 Floor Finish Polymer is a metal-crosslinked, modified acrylic polymer
which offers polish manufacturers an excellent combination of very good gloss and
durability. RHOPLEX™ 4215 Floor Finish Polymer is suitable for use in formulations that
can be used in a wide range of flooring environments.

Benefits flexibility to make a range of performance profiles from minimum maintenance to higher
burnish response.
Gloss—Properly formulated polishes based on RHOPLEX™ 4215 Floor Finish Polymer
are an excellent choice for high profile floor areas where an excellent high gloss look is
desirable.
Detergent Resistance and Removability Balance - Polishes based on RHOPLEX™
4215 Floor Finish Polymer have excellent detergent resistance and removability. They
also demonstrate excellent resistance to dirt pickup and black heel marking.

Performance As with all Dow floor polish polymers, RHOPLEX™ 4215 Floor Finish Polymer shares a
Characteristics number of common performance characteristics. The suggested polish formulation made
with RHOPLEX™ 4215 Floor Finish Polymer meets the industry slip resistance standard as
tested by the ASTM D-2047 Standard Test Method. Finishes can be formulated to a range
of solid levels from 15 to 25 percent. RHOPLEX™ 4215 Floor Finish Polymer offers for the
manufacture of polishes that can be applied at floor temperatures of 50°F (10°C) and
above.
RHOPLEX™ 4215 Floor Finish Polymer Formulation N-15-1
Formulation N-15-1 is a suggested starting point formulation that offers excellent lay down gloss and very good burnish
response and wear performance properties.
