The Lean Startup methodology advocates for developing businesses and products by
prioritizing early customer feedback, iterative design, and minimal initial investments to quickly
adapt and pivot. It emphasizes creating a minimal viable product (MVP) to test and validate
assumptions with real users before scaling.

A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is a simplified version of a product that includes only the
core features necessary to meet early adopters' needs and gather feedback. It allows startups
to validate their ideas and make improvements with minimal investment and risk.

"Intersomos" in the context of society suggests a concept related to interconnectedness,

interdependence, or community. It emphasizes the idea that individuals and groups are
interconnected and that our actions and well-being are interdependent. This concept can be
applied in various ways:

 Community Building: Promoting a sense of community where people support each

other and work together for common goals.

 Social Justice: Highlighting the importance of addressing social inequalities and

working towards a fair and just society for all.

 Environmental Sustainability: Recognizing that our actions impact the

environment and that we must work collectively to protect it.

 Global Citizenship: Encouraging people to think beyond local and national

boundaries and to consider the impact of their actions on the global community.
 Intercultural Dialogue: Promoting understanding and cooperation among different
cultures and communities.

Responsabilidad Social Individual

Como se mencionó ayer la revisión de este concepto debe hacerse en primer lugar a nivel
individual. En las compañías son personas las que toman las decisiones es por ello que es
necesario analizar nuestra propia conducta y cuan socialmente responsables somos.

usarlas apropiadamente.
5. Comitment

The circular economy is an economic system aimed at minimizing waste and making
the most of resources. It contrasts with a traditional linear economy, which follows a
'take, make, dispose' model of production. The principles of a circular economy are
designed to create a sustainable economy that benefits businesses, society, and the
environment. Here are the core principles:

1. Design Out Waste and Pollution:

o Products and processes should be designed to reduce waste and
pollution. This involves rethinking how products are made, used, and
disposed of to ensure minimal environmental impact.
2. Keep Products and Materials in Use:
o Extend the lifecycle of products by maintaining, repairing, reusing,
refurbishing, and recycling them. This principle promotes the idea of a
closed-loop system where materials are kept in use for as long as
possible.
3. Regenerate Natural Systems:
o Encourage practices that regenerate and restore natural systems. This
includes using renewable energy sources, promoting biodiversity, and
improving soil health.
4. Use of Renewable Resources:
o Prioritize the use of renewable resources and materials in product design
and manufacturing. This reduces dependence on finite resources and
minimizes environmental impact.
5. Implement Reverse Logistics:
o Develop systems to take back products after use, enabling the recovery
of materials and their reintegration into the production cycle. This
involves setting up infrastructure for collection, sorting, and recycling.
6. Innovative Business Models:
o Embrace new business models that promote sharing, leasing, and
servitization (selling a service rather than a product). This shifts the
focus from ownership to access, reducing the overall demand for new
products.
7. Systemic Approach:
o Adopt a holistic view that considers the entire lifecycle of products and
their impact on the economy, society, and environment. This involves
collaboration across industries, governments, and communities.
8. Local and Global Implementation:
o Apply circular economy principles at both local and global scales,
adapting strategies to fit regional contexts while maintaining a cohesive
global vision for sustainability.
