Description

An Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD), is a prestigious, integrated,


international study programme, jointly delivered by an international consortium of
higher education institutions. EMJMDs award EU-funded scholarships to the best
student candidates applying under annual selection rounds.

Eligibility

Scholarship students must have already obtained a first higher education degree or
demonstrate a recognized equivalent level of learning according to national rules and
legislation in place by the application deadline.

Description

Chevening Scholarships enable outstanding emerging leaders worldwide to


pursue a one-year master’s degree in the UK. While there is no ‘typical’ Chevening Scholar,
the scholarship is for people with the passion, ideas, and influence to provide
the solutions and leadership needed to create a better future.

Eligibility

1. Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country.


2. Have an undergraduate degree that will enable you to gain entry to a post-graduate
program at a UK university.
3. Have at least two years’ work experience.

ENDEAVOR SCHOLARSHIP
Origin: Australia

Description

The Australian government offers Australian Awards endeavor scholarship and


fellowship opportunities to all international students interested in getting
admitted to postgraduate or Ph.D. degree programs. The following criteria is set by
the Australian Awards Scholarship office for benefits and stipend allowance
provided under endeavor Australian fund for international students.

Eligibility

1. Must undertake their Leadership Activity in a country where they do not hold
citizenship/dual citizenship or permanent residency.
2. Should be above 18 years at the commencement of their Leadership Activity.
3. Must not be a recipient of any other Australian Government sponsored mobility,
scholarship or fellowship benefits.

FULLBRIGHT SCHOLARSHIP
Origin: USA

Description

The Fulbright Program for foreign students is administered by binational Fulbright


Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies. All foreign student program applications
are processed by these offices.

Eligibility

1. Must possess the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian
university with at least 55% marks.
2. A four-year bachelor’s degree, or if the bachelor’s degree is of less than four years,
you could complete a master’s degree.
3. Must have at least three years of full-time (paid) professional work experience
relevant to their proposed field of study by the application deadline.
4. Must demonstrate experience in leadership and community service.
5. Must not have another degree from a U.S. university or be enrolled in a U.S. degree
program.

If employed, please carefully follow the instructions regarding the employer’s


endorsement. If applicable, please obtain the endorsement from the appropriate
administrative authority on the FNMasters Employer’s Endorsement Form. The
employer must indicate that leave will be granted for the fellowship period. You can

Description

The UNESCO Fellowships Program is designed to provide opportunities for high level
studies through the granting of short-term fellowships to UNESCO’s Member States.

Eligibility

Applicants from invited developing countries and countries in transition must have at
least a BSc degree or BA in Economics, who are no more than 35 years old. They have to
be proficient in the English language.

Description

The Gates Millennium Scholars (GMS) program, established in 1999, is a 1.6 billion dollar

program is to promote academic excellence and to provide an opportunity for
outstanding minority students with significant financial need to reach their highest
potential.

Description

The Generation Google Scholarship was established to help aspiring computer scientists
excel in technology and become leaders in the field. Selected students will receive
10,000 USD (for those studying in the US) or 5,000 CAD (for those studying in Canada) for
the 2022-2023 school year. Scholarships will be awarded based on the strength of each
candidate's impact on diversity, demonstrated leadership, and academic background.

Eligibility

1. Must be US citizens and have a high school degree or equivalent, unless you are
currently a high school senior applying to university.
2. Be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at a university for the
2022-23 academic year OR currently enrolled as a high school senior intending to
enroll at a university in the United States or Canada for the 2022-2023 academic year.
3. Must intend to be enrolled in or accepted as a full-time student in a Bachelors,

Description

The Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship


awarded to graduating high school seniors. Students are recognized for their capacity to
lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their
schools and communities. With the 31st class in 2019, the Foundation has provided over
6,150 Coca-Cola Scholars with more than $69 million in educational support. 150 Coca-
Cola Scholars are selected each year to receive this $20,000 scholarship.

Description

Blacks at Microsoft (BAM) is a company-sponsored employee network dedicated to


supporting the continued growth and development of black employees at Microsoft
Corporation. The BAM funds a scholarship that encourages students to pursue a career
in technology.

The BAM offers US$ 5,000 scholarships to 3 exceptional high school students who are
interested in pursuing careers in technology. The scholarships are renewable – each
winner who continues to meet the criteria is eligible to receive an annual award of
$5,000 for up to four (4) consecutive years for a potential total $20,000 scholarship. Up to
24 scholarship runners-up will be eligible for a one-time $2,500 BAM technology stipend
based on need.

EIFFEL SCHOLARSHIP
Origin: France

Description

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for
Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top
foreign students to enroll in their masters and Ph.D. programs. It gives opportunities to
future foreign decision-makers of the private and public sectors, in priority areas of
study, and encourages applicants up to 30 years old from developing countries at the
master’s level, and applicants up to 35 years old from developing and industrialized
countries at Ph.D. level.

Eligibility

1. Nationality - This scholarship program is reserved for candidates of non-French


nationality. Candidates with two nationalities, one of which is French, are not eligible.
2. Age limit - Masters: 25 years; Ph.D.: 30 years
3. Language skills - When pre-selecting non-French-speaking candidates,
establishments make sure that their language skills meet the requirements of the
relevant course of study.

DAAD SCHOLARSHIP
Origin: Germany

Description
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) scholarships offer foreign graduates
from development and newly industrialized countries from all disciplines and with at
least two years’ professional experience the chance to take a postgraduate or Master’s
degree at a state or state-recognized German university, and in exceptional cases to take
a doctoral degree, and to obtain a university qualification (Master’s/PhD) in Germany.

Eligibility

1. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (normally four years) in a related subject.


2. Must have completed an academic degree with far above average results (upper
third) and ideally at least two years of related professional experience after the first
degree (bachelor).
3. For study courses in German (scholarship includes a 6-month German language
course): Successful passing of the language examination DSH 2 or TestDaF 4 before
the start of the study course. Therefore a minimum German language level of B1 at
the time of application is a requirement, that needs to be proofed by providing a
certificate.
4. For courses in English: IELTS (Band 6) certificate or TOEFL (minimum score: 550
paper-based, 213 computer based, 80 internet based).

Description

The Mustard Seed Foundation is a Christian family foundation established in 1983


under the leadership of Dennis W. Bakke and Eileen Harvey Bakke. The foundation

preparation for leadership roles in society. Fellowship is granted the first stipend of
$16,000 which may be renewed for as many as two years.

Description

The Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation PG Scholarship is offered every year to Indian

Description

The National Overseas Scholarship is an Indian scholarship provided by the Ministry of

Description

Scotland’s Saltire Scholarships are open to international students who are the citizens of
Canada, China, Japan, Pakistan, India, and the USA. The main aim of this scholarship is to
encourage bright, talented and hardworking individuals to live, work and study in
Scotland. The scheme awards students who aspire to become influential leaders in their
future careers, have wide-ranging interests outside their studies and have a desire to
broaden their personal and academic experience in Scotland.

Eligibility

1. Applicants must be a citizen or permanent residents of either Canada, China


(including Hong Kong), Japan, India, Pakistan, or the USA to apply for Scotland’s
Saltire Scholarships 2022. In addition to that, candidates must have the following
qualifications.
2. A conditional or unconditional offer of a place at a Scottish university on an eligible
course before an application can be considered.
3. Be able to demonstrate that they can meet the costs of living in Scotland and the
remaining tuition fees.

JN TATA ENDOWMENT FOR
HIGHER EDUCATION
Origin: India

Description

The J. N. Tata Endowment awards a one-time loan scholarship to Indian nationals at the
beginning of their academic year for full-time postgraduate/Ph.D./postdoctoral
studies/research fellowships abroad, in all fields, irrespective of caste, creed, gender or
community. The amount to be awarded to each scholar through a loan scholarship is
determined on the basis of the norms laid down for the purpose, and does not cover the
full cost of studies. The amount awarded ranges between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 10 lakh. All
selected scholars do not necessarily qualify for the maximum amount.

Eligibility

1. Candidates should be Indian nationals who are graduates of a recognized Indian


university and have secured at least 60% in their last academic examination.
2. Candidates who are at the beginning of the second year of their overseas studies (fall
2022 – spring 2023) are also eligible to apply. This is applicable only if the minimum
duration of their course is 2 years.
3. Candidates in the final year of the degree course and those awaiting results are
eligible to apply.

Description

The Aga Khan Foundation provides a limited number of scholarships each year for
postgraduate studies to outstanding students from developing countries, who have no
other means of financing their studies. Scholarships are awarded on a 50% grant, 50%
loan basis through a competitive application process once a year. The Foundation gives
priority to requests for Master’s level courses but is willing to consider applications for
PhD programs. Applications for short-term courses are not considered.

1. Must be residents of either Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan,


Kyrgyzstan, Syria, Egypt, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Madagascar, or Mozambique

Description

Australia Awards Scholarships are long-term awards administered by the Australian


Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. They provide opportunities for people from
developing countries, particularly those countries located in the Indo-Pacific region, to
undertake full-time undergraduate or postgraduate studies at participating Australian
universities and Technical and Further Education (TAFE) institutions.
This scholarship is offered to students from various countries in Asia, Pacific, and Middle
Eastern regions.

Eligibility

1. Must be at least 18 years of age as of 1 February of the year of commencing the


scholarship.
2. Must be a citizen of a participating country (as listed on the Australia Awards website)
and be residing in and applying for the scholarship from their country of citizenship.
3. Should not be a citizen of Australia, hold permanent residency in Australia, or be
applying for a visa to live in Australia permanently.
4. Should not be applying for a scholarship for a course of study at an academic level

Description

Commonwealth Scholarships are offered to talented individuals with the potential to


make a positive impact on the global stage. The Commonwealth Scholarship scheme is
aimed at students from across the Commonwealth who would not otherwise be able to
afford to study in the UK. By funding postgraduate studies in a range of different study
formats, the scheme helps to support future innovators and leaders.

This historic award is the UK’s primary scholarship scheme focused on supporting British
international development goals. It is designed to attract outstanding talent to UK
universities while also supporting sustainable development overseas.

Eligibility

1. Must be an Indian citizen.


2. Must be applying to UK universities.
3. The medium of education must be English.
4. Secure a minimum of 60% marks in Social Sciences and Humanities or a minimum of
65% marks in the field of Engineering, Science, Technology, and Agriculture.

Description

This scholarship is designed for one to two years (September - June, 10 months per
academic year) of study in France at the Master’s degree level for all streams and
fields of study.

Eligibility

1. Must be an Indian national and reside in India.


2. Must not be more than 30 years old at the time of application.
3. Must be currently enrolled/have studied at an Indian Institution of higher learning or
a young professional employed in a company for a maximum of three years at the
time of application.
4. The course must take place in France. If you have one semester or more of studies in
another country, the scholarship will not be provided during that period.
5. An exception will be made for Charpak scholarship holders who are currently
completing their M1 in France. They may re-apply for a second year of funding to
complete their M2. There is no automatic renewal of the scholarship at the M2 level.
Acceptance will be subject to academic performance at the M1 level and a new
statement of purpose.
6. Non-scholarship holders currently pursuing M1 in France are not eligible for the
