Entrepreneurs in real estate management are responsible for:

The different Roles of real estate entrepreneurs:


1. Property Investor:
 Focus on property investing typically purchase properties, with the goal of generating rental
income and/or capital gains.
 must have an understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to identify
undervalued properties.

2. Property Developer:
 Focus on acquiring land or existing properties with the intention of renovating or developing
them for resale or rental income.
 must have strong project management skills and the ability to oversee complex construction
projects.

3. Property Manager:
 responsible for overseeing the day to-day operations of rental properties, including collecting
rent, and handling maintenance and repairs.
 Property managers must have strong communication and organizational skills and the ability
to manage multiple properties and tenants

4. Real Estate Broker:


 Real estate brokers facilitate the buying and selling of properties between buyers and sellers.
 must be licensed and have strong negotiation and sales skills.

5. Real Estate Consultant:


 provide advisory services to investors, developers, and other clients in the real estate
industry.
 must have a thorough understanding of the real estate market and the ability to provide
strategic advice and guidance to clients.

6. Real Estate Financier:


 provide financing solutions for real estate projects, such as construction loans.
 must have strong financial analysis skills and the ability to evaluate the potential risks and
returns of real estate investments
7. Real Estate Marketer:
 focus on promoting and advertising properties for sale or rent
 use a variety of channels and techniques, such as social media, email marketing, and print
advertising, to reach potential buyers or renters.
8. Real Estate Property Inspector:
 evaluate the condition of properties and identify any potential issues that could affect the
value or safety of the property.
