This representation letter is provide in connection with your audit of the financial Statement of ARISTOCRAT
AGRO SERVICES LTD. for the year ended 30 June 2023 for the purpose of expressing an opinion as to whether
the financial statements give a true and view of the financial position of ARISTOCRAT AGRO SERVICES LTD.
for the year ended 30 June 2023 and of the result of its operations for the year ended in accordance with
International Accounting Standards as adopted in Bangladesh.
We confirm, to the best of our knowledge and belief, the following representations made to you during your audit:
1. We are responsible for the fair presentation in the consolidated statement financial condition and result of
operation in conformity with International Accounting in Bangladesh.
2. We have made available to you financial records and related data and supporting documents.
3. Three have been no irregularities involving management or employees who have a significant role in
accounting and international control system or who could have a material effect on the financial Statement.
4. The financial statement are free material misstatement, including omissions.
5. We have satisfactory title to all owned assets and three are no line or encumbrances on such assets nor has
any assets been pledged.
6. Three has been no noncompliance with regulatory requirements that could have a material effect on the
financial statement.
7. Three have no events subsequently to year end requiring adjustment of or disclosure in the financial
financials notes thereto including bad debts, etc.
8. Financial Statements disclosed all the facts of which are aware that are relevant to the entity’s ability to
continue as a going concern.
9. In preparing the financial statement in conformity with International Accounting Standards as adopted in
Bangladesh, management uses appropriate estimates that have been disclosed in the financial statements.
