A 2.3 NATURE OF OJTs WORK
Every college student must undergo an On the Job Training or practicum. It is a
courserequirement. It wasdone through applying the knowledge and talent that we have
learned aswell as gaining and learning new knowledge. It serves as a training ground for the
workplace.Itis indeed true that nothing beats knowledge. And that experience is the best
teaching method. This On-The-Job Training helped me realize how beneficial it is to both know
what you're doingand love it. As a student. all I can do right now is to learn as much as I can
inclass, findinspiration. appreciate the road I'm on. and give everything I do my best effort while
maintaining positive mindset. My goal is to become a registered Electrical engineer someday. I
was inspired by many thing sthat are why I tahe my schoolwork and studies more seriously and
with greater determination.Iwas urged to put forth more effort in my academic endeavor's. My
confidence was boosted by the training. which also laid the groundwork for me to one day be a
valuable employee. As astudent pursuing a bachelor's deree in Electrical engineering, this On-
The-Job Training has a significant impact on me. I felt truly rejuvenated. I developed my
different skills both in I am aware that I need to concentrate more in school and give everything
I have to it .that I accomplished something is also quite energizing. and it is much more
energizing when others are so proud of what I have accomplished. I experienced this emotion
during my on-the job training. It inspired me to be more competitive and determined in all I do
in my daily life. both as a student and as a professional in the future. As an incoming 4th -year
student studying Electrical engineering. I have received a great deal of value from my on-the-job
training and will make the best out of it. I felt as though it really offered me a taste of what life
is like in the real world and a preview of what lies ahead once I graduate.
A 2.4 RECOMMENDATIONS
The incoming OJT students should fulfill professionalism. Always arrive on time for work. Work
in collaboration with your coworkers. Observe company rules and procedures. Be capable of
handling any duty that is assigned to you. Bring plenty of patience to the job. Never fail to smile.
Maintain a professional demeanor at work and in your appearance. Be diligent and exercise self
control. In the office, distractions must be kept to a minimum. OJT has the advantage of
allowing students to practice their new skills in the actual workplace setting on-the-job trainees
can be beneficial for both the trainees and the businesses that offer such opportunities for
learning. The front lines are where wisdom is found. Such training may be a wise investment for
the business in the long run. This is another reason why interns should treat their employment
seriously because they could end up being a valuable resource and even a source of
recommendations for them as they make the transition from being students to career
professionals. On-the-job training can be a successful training technique, giving an employee a
wealth of practical knowledge and skills, nevertheless, it needs to be implemented and
facilitated with care in order to produce the best outcomes.

5th WEEK
In order to complete and complete the tasks given to me during this final week of on-thejob
training. I still had to. Though I was relieved that my training would soon be over. I also felt a
twinge of sadness at the prospect of leaving the workplace where I had made so many
wonderful memories shall long miss the individuals who I grew to care for. Despite my sadness
at leaving them, I am still glad that I once in my life had the opportunity to meet individuals who
shared my interests and, more importantly, who motivated me to do my best. My abilities were
put to the test the chance to demonstrate skills and my knowledge
DIFFICULTIES OF WORK:
Regular maintenance is essential to maintain the health of the solar power plant. Any defect in
the solar panel or other components should be promptly repaired or replaced to ensure the
plant is running at maximum efficiency. Therefore, it is important to schedule regular
maintenance checks to identify any issues and take corrective actions promptly.
CHALLENGES ABOUT WORK:
Solar power has emerged as a sustainable alternative to conventional sources of energy, such as
fossil fuels. The demand for solar energy has increased in recent years due to its ability to
reduce carbon emissions and contribute towards a cleaner environment. However, solar power
