Course This course introduces the fundamental movement patterns that

progression and regression for the prevention of illness and the
adaption of movement competencies through independent physical

one’s level of fitness and physical activity, as well as eating

Course At the end of the semester, the students should be able to:

3. Perform physical activity relates to health-related components

4. Understand the effects of exercise, construct and demonstrate
an exercise following the three (3) phases of exercise program;
5. Demonstrate choreographed routines of aerobic exercises;
6. Perform basic aerobic movements and skills accurately;
7. Realize and appreciate the importance of physical fitness and
