D. Participants’ The Event was conducted by the diligent teachers, spearhead by the School
Description Head Michelle M. Probadora, PhD with an actively participation of the
supportive parents, PTA Officers and diligent students.
E. Legal Basis Regional Memorandum No. 1047, s, 2023
F. Activity Pursuant to DepEd order No. 22, s. 2023:” Implementation Guidance on the
Description School Calendar and Activities for School Year 2023 -2024” this office,
through the curriculum and learning Management Division, hereby set the
conduct of the Portfolio Day in every school.
G. Objectives The activity aims to:
 To conduct Parent-Teacher-adviser Conference and feedback giving;
 To Showcase of learners’ Outputs and Performance; and
 Distribution of learners’ Progress Report Cards
H. End of Activity Program Outputs:
Outputs  Parents and students concern are addressed.
 Appreciated learners’ Output and Performance.
 Distributed the learners’ Progress Report Card.

I. Highlights  As indicated in the program, the event was started with the singing of
the Philippine National Anthem through the sound system, followed
by the Opening prayer led by Maam Joyce A. Solanga and singing of
the Division hymn. To formally start, the opening remarks delivered
by Ma’am Andria Manila C. Pada-on to welcome all the parents,
other stakeholders and loyal students. Furthermore, to signifies the
importance of having this event, Dr. Michelle M. Probadora delivered
her message as she gives warmth appreciation to the parents for their
unending support to the school improvement as well as to their
children’s progress. Also, she gives an updates with the following;
 School gates
 Student cutting classes
 Three Classrooms from the DPWH
 Tables and Chairs from DepEd Manila
 Resolution for two story Building
 Eight gallons of paints
 Four laptops
 Gulayan sa Paaralan (Cassava)

II. RESULTS
Achievement of KSA 100% Attained
Objectives
Participants’  The parents’ presence showed their support to their children and gave
Feedback warmth appreciation to the teachers for imparting knowledge to the
learners.
