MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
IT IS MOST HUMBLY SUBMITTED:
1. That, the Applicant already has filed a detailed Application under Section 25
of the Guardian and Wards Act, for grant visiting rights and permanent physical
custody of the minor daughter (Manasvi Nilesh Dhat) to this Applicant who is the
father of the child, before this interim application.
2. That, the applicant wants to add the names of his father namely Pratap Dhat
and Mother namely Asha Pratap Dhat both are the grandparents of applicant’s
daughter for visiting the said daughter namely Mansvi, which deserves to be
consider in the interest of justice.
g 3. That, in these circumstances the Applicant has made the application to grant
the visiting rights to his above mentioned parents of the minor daughter since his
family and daughter both are deprived from meeting each other.
4 Thus, it is most humbly submitted that until the conclusion of this case,
being father of the child, he must at-least get the visiting rights of Daughter Manasvi
Dhat for his entire family as mentioned above, which deserves to be consider in the
interest of justice.
Hence, this interim application.
