FRUIT PACKING COMPANY BANGKOK

PARTIES

- This Employment Contract Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is


entered into on ________________ (the “Effective Date”), by and between
with an address of 17, 19, 21 Rama II Rd., Bangmod, Jom Thong,
Bangkok 10150 Thailand. (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”), and ARMAN
AHSAN ALI DOB:-07/10/1980 Passport No:-Y5053437 with an address of WEST
CHAMPARAN BIHAR INDIA (hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”) (collectively
referred to as the “Parties”).for 2(two) years Contract period as the Post of FRUIT
PACKER

WHEREAS, the Triptika Contracting Company UK as a Manpower supply to Tropical Green


Ltd. Thailand” that have taken project tender here to desire to enter into this Agreement to
define and set forth the terms and conditions of the employment.
Triptika Contracting Company UK will provide all manpower to Tropical Green Ltd.
Thailand” For whole project that will run by Tropical Green Ltd. Thailand.”
Tropical Green Ltd. Thailand” will give all facilities to workers those Provided by Triptika
UK.

- DESIGNATION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. DESIGNATION: - Fruit Packer

- During the employment period, the Employee shall have the responsibility to perform the
following duties:

- Inspect fruits for quality, size, and appearance before packing The Parties agree that any

- responsibilities provided in this Agreement may not be assigned to any other party unless
both parties agree to the assignment in writing.

2. PAY AND COMPENSATION

- The Parties hereby agree that the Employer will pay the Employee a monthly salary of
500US$ and subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law.

- Whereas the Parties also agree that monthly salary may be increased annually by an amount
as may be approved by the Employer and upon such increase, the increased amount shall
thereafter be deemed to be the monthly salary for purposes of this Agreement

3. BENEFITS

- The Parties hereby agree that the Employee shall receive the benefits provided by the
Employer as indicated below: -

I. Accommodation & Food provided by Employer


II. Insurance, Medical Treatment provided by Employer.
III. 7 days’ sick paid leave in case of serious illness by Employer.
IV. 30 days paid leave in a year.

4. WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION

- The Employee agrees that he/she will be working from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday
to Friday), with a one-hour lunch break.
- In particular, the Employee agrees that he/she will work an average two to three hours
overtime per day.
- The Employee’s place of work shall be located in Bangmod, Jom Thong, Bangkok or such
other location as the Parties may agree upon from time to time.
5. NATURE OF JOB:- Fruit Packers meticulously sort, weigh, and package various
fruits, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities
encompass maintaining cleanliness, operating packing machinery, and preparing
shipments for distribution.

Inspect fruits for quality, size, and appearance before packing.


Sort fruits according to their grade and size.
Pack fruits into designated containers or boxes following specific instructions.
Label and mark containers with accurate information such as weight, variety, and date
Ensure that packed fruits meet the required standards and regulations.
Clean and maintain the packing area and equipment.
Report any issues or problems with fruits or equipment to the supervisor.
Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

6. TERMS OF AGREEMENT

- This Agreement shall be for 2(Two) Years and effective on the date of signing this
Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “______________”) and will end on
________________.
- Upon the end of the term of the Agreement, this Agreement will be automatically renewed
for a new term if both parties agree.

7. TERMINATION

- This Agreement may be terminated in case the following occurs: -
Immediately in case one of the Parties breaches this Agreement. At any given time by
providing a written notice to the other party 30 days prior to terminating the Agreement.
- Upon terminating this Agreement, the Employee will be required to return all Employer’s
materials, products or any other content at his/her earliest convenience, but not beyond 15
days.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

- All terms and conditions of this Agreement and any materials provided during the term of
the Agreement must be kept confidential by the Employee, unless the disclosure is required
pursuant to process of Thai Labour law.

9. GOVERNING LAW

- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Thailand

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT


This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the Parties hereto
with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements,
understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any
nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof.

AMENDMENTS
The Parties agree that any amendments made to this Agreement must be in writing where
they must be signed by both Parties to this Agreement.
As such, any amendments made by the Parties will be applied to this Agreement.

11. SIGNATURE AND DATE

The Parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and
such is demonstrated throughout by their signatures below:
