Employment Agreement for Housekeeping Services
This Agreement is made and entered into on 18/07/2024 by and between:

Nationality: Indian

WHEREAS:
The Employer wishes to employ the services of the Employee as a housekeeper in Macau.
The Employee agrees to provide housekeeping services under the terms and conditions set forth in this
Agreement.
Both parties wish to formalize their relationship and outline their respective rights and obligations.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises herein contained, the parties
agree as follows:
1. Job Description
The Employee shall perform the following housekeeping duties:
Cleaning and maintaining the household premises of Hotel
Laundry Collecting
Ironing the cloths
Bed sheet Change and Room Cleaning
2. Employment Term
This Agreement shall commence on Receiving the Visa and shall continue until One Year of Joining
unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Work Hours
The Employee shall work 10 hours per day which Include the 30 Minutes in Break, with 3 days off per
week. The specific working hours and days off shall be determined by mutual agreement.
4. Compensation
The Employer agrees to pay the Employee a salary of 12000 MOR per month. Payment shall be made on
11 of each month. Additional benefits include:
Accommodation
Meals
Health insurance
Transportation allowance (if applicable)
5. Job Permit and Legal Compliance
The Employer shall be responsible for obtaining the necessary job permit and visa for the Employee to
work in Macau.
The Employer agrees to bear all costs associated with obtaining the job permit and visa.
The Employee agrees to comply with all legal requirements and cooperate with the Employer in the job
permit and visa application process.
6. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 4 weeks' notice in writing.
The Employer may terminate the Agreement without notice if the Employee commits serious
misconduct or fails to perform their duties as outlined.
The Employee may terminate the Agreement without notice if the Employer fails to pay the agreed
salary or violates any terms of this Agreement.
7. Confidentiality
The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any personal and sensitive information related to
the Employer's household and family members.
8. Joining Formalities
Employer will provide the Job offer letter and joining formalities done by the Employer only and Making
of Employment Card and Medical Insurance will be the Responsibility of the Employer Only.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Macau.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and year first
above written.
