Description
The template provides facilities and auditors with a set of common criteria, in order to perform and evaluate a tra
exercise. This requires the following:
The traceability shall be performed for each raw material (whole fish species) or group of raw materials with com
(by-product) that the applicant receives
If the facility also processes segregated raw materials and marine ingredients (wild vs aquaculture origin, or hum
consumption vs feed purposes) the traceability exercise shall be for each type of product.
Provide the date of the exercise, ensuring it is completed no more than 12 months from the last exercise.
Define the lot / batch number / volume / weight of raw material for traceability forward and as finished product alr

For the mass balance that is also undertaken, volumes / weight of marine ingredients should not exceed the weig
