Cars24 is doing very well on the used market and has a huge market share, but
regardless of the type of customer, the company should treat them the way they
treat them, and everyone else after that. As a result, there are still many casual
customers who are dissatisfied with the experience. Be equally satisfied with
your dealings with the company.
The company must also collect feedback from the customer on a regular basis
after the transaction is completed, eg 1-2 months later, collect feedback on the
vehicle and provide assistance as needed.
The company needs to open more stores in other cities in India to serve more
customers and generate higher sales and profits.
Currently the company has more than his 80% market share in this used car
market and needs to work hard to maintain this market share through good
branding and advertising as well as best customer service .
One of the objectives of this project is to study the used car market in India
with particular reference to Cars24. Cars24 is doing well in this market and I
encourage them to continue to do well and provide the best customer
service.
Another goal is to learn more about Cars24's profitability. It turns out that
it's not so good here, so we need to open more stores in other cities and
increase our revenue and profit.
The organization currently has more than 11,000 resellers booked on its way and
plans to raises its boundary to over 25,000 members over the upcoming 2 years.
