General Rules
 Events are open to the students belong to Commerce and
Management.
 Students who are participating in the events should get
registered on or before 02/08/2024.
 Registration before participation is mandatory.
 Individual/team participation is allowed
 Participants should go through the event rules and adhere
to the specifics.
 To get clarification regarding events, participants may
contact event coordinators.
 It is the responsibility of the participants to clear the
doubts before the commencement of events.
 participants will be disqualified on the spot if they fail to
adhere to the rules.
 The Judges’ decision will be final. Clarifications regarding
the judgement will not be entertained.
 Props, dresses, stationary, special equipment etc., will not
be provided and will not be compensated as well.
 VIJETHA and VISMAYA events are held on 04-08-2024.
 VINUTHANA, VYAPARI, VISHESHA, and VAIBHAVA
events will be held on 07-08-2024.
 To conduct any competition, a minimum of five entries in a
particular event is necessary.
 No restriction on participation in number of events.
 No restriction on composition based on class, section and
gender.

1. It is a Quiz Competition
2. The team should consist of 3 participants
3. The first round of the event will be a Written Test, Out of 3
members, 1 member will write the Written test.
4. Based on the result of the Written test, the 5 Best Teams will
be Qualified for the Remaining Rounds.
5. In the remaining rounds, all the 3 members will participate.
6. In each round, there will be an elimination.

General rules

1. It is competition of Best out of waste


2. Team shall consist of two members only.
3. Participants can prepare any useful/decorative products out of
waste materials at their home/ college and have to showcase on
the day of Fest at the college premises.
4. While preparing the product, take the photo of waste material
and the step by step photos of preparation of products.
Participants should show those while explaining or if judges
asked to show.
5. Waste material could be anything like tetra packs, bottles,
newspapers, old utensils, jute / packing materials or any second
hand items that otherwise would be thrown away.
6. The product is not considered for judgement, if not found to
be from waste materials.
7. No ready or semi-finished products would be accepted from
participant in competition.
8. Participants will be judged on creativity, utilization of
resources, artistic composition & design, eco-friendly rating,
utility of the product and overall presentation.
9. Judge’s decisions are final.
10. The group should bear all the expenses of the event.

1. It is a competition of marketing of products.


2. Individual participation
3. Each Candidate shall be given Rs. 200 as an Investment.
4. Candidates have to buy some products from that amount. And to
sell those with a profit margin. Again this process will continue
till the given duration.
5. The products should not include Non-veg, drug, tobacco, alcohol,
gutkha etc.
6. Time duration of the event is 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM.
7. The Participants with the Highest earnings will be announced as
the Winner.
8. That earnings will be retained by the Department.

selected for ad making.
5. Ad should not exceed the limit of 2+1 minutes.
6. Ads should not contain violence, defamation or explicit content.
7. Advertisements should have a Comedy element.

1. It is a competition of Mobile photography


2. Individual participation
3. Only mobile phones should be used for Photography.
4. There is no restriction on the brand of the Phone.
5. The theme for the photography will be provided on the date of
the Event itself.
6. Along with the Original Copy of the Photo, the participant should
provide GEO-tagged photos of the same.
7. The duration of the event is 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM
8. The photos are to be submitted in Pendrive to the Event
Coordinator.
