 Membership Terms*
 Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance of the membership. The membership fee
for the Silver Level is `17,250 + 18% Goods and Services Tax amounting to `20,355 only, for the Gold is
`23,000 + 18% Goods and Services Tax amounting to `27,140 only and for the Platinum is `37,950 + 18%
Goods and Services Tax amounting to `44,781 only.
 The Connoisseur Club membership is open to Indian Nationals only.
 The membership card is non‑transferable and the hotel has the right to request the member for a valid
Government approved photo ID at the time of using the card.
 The membership card and the certificates have no cash value and cannot be traded. Lost or misplaced
cards /certificates cannot be replaced.
 Lost or stolen membership cards must be immediately reported to the Member Help Desk. An
administrative fee of ` 500 + taxes will be charged for a replacement membership card, which will have
the same expiry as the original membership card.
 Presentation of the Connoisseur Club Membership Card is imperative for availing of the benefits under
the Membership Program. Two cards cannot be used together. Use of the spouse card along with the
primary card is not valid during the same visit at the same restaurant.
 The value of the specific discount does not include taxes.
 Membership benefits will not apply during promotions, special events and festivals.
 All certificates are for one time use only and need to be surrendered to avail of the benefit.
 All certificates are valid for use at the specified Hotel only. These are for one‑time use only and have to be
utilized in full.
 Room reservations are subject to Club allocations and availability and must be made through the Member
Help Desk only. Any booking made by travel agents or corporations is not eligible for club discounts.

 To avail the dining discounts on the Membership card, a minimum of two food items must be ordered.
 A certificate must be presented at the time of arrival. Also, a certificate cannot be used in conjunction

be used per visit unless otherwise stated on the certificate.
 The benefits as given in the gift certificates are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face
and on the reverse of the certificates. These are valid strictly as indicated and cannot be extended or re‑
validated.
 The benefits are not applicable at The Leela Udaipur during the period 20th December to 14th January.

 The ‘Hotel’ reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the rules, terms and conditions,
the duration of the programme, the participating restaurants, with or without prior notice. All decisions
in this regard will be final and binding on the members of the programme.
 Membership of the programme entitles The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts to update and retain
information provided by the member in the hotel’s database.
 As a member, you have agreed that The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts may, from time to time, send you
information regarding your membership, benefits and about the ‘Hotel’ and / or Programme Partners.
 Fraud or abuse concerning the Programme Membership Card is subject to appropriate administrative and
or legal action by the ‘Hotel’, including termination of membership.
 In case of disputes or differences between the parties in connection with the programme, the same shall
be decided by arbitration. The arbitrator shall be the General Manager of the ‘Hotel’ or any other person
nominated by him. The arbitration shall be as per the Indian Arbitration Act. The venue of the said
arbitration shall be Mumbai.
 The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to reject any membership request without
assigning a reason or not offer the card benefits during any special promotion or event.
 The programme is governed by the terms and conditions mentioned herein, that are communicated to
members from time to time, and is subject to the laws of India.
 If you wish to avail of GST input credit (as per the provisions and conditions under GST law), we request
you to send us your GST Registration Number, Company Name and GST Registration State within one
week of receiving the membership package, so that we can update our records to enable you to take an
input credit of the GST amount, if applicable.
