CONDUCT OF WEEKLY BRIGADA ESKWELA AND SCHOOL-BASED SEARCH FOR
BEST IN GRADE LEVEL AND UNIT BAYANIHAN & VOLUNTEERISM SPIRIT
1. This school always wishes to intensify the call for volunteerism and the
Bayanihan spirit in the conduct of various programs, projects, and
activities for the betterment of the school and the learners who are the
end-users.
2. As the saying goes, “It takes a village to educate a child” and this can be possible
through shared governance, one of the focuses of School-Based Management
(SBM).
3. As they say, Cleanliness is also next to godliness. With this, the school directs the
maintenance of cleanliness, orderliness, and safety inside and outside the two
campuses to eradicate various diseases and maintain a child-friendly school
system.
4. The school will conduct Weekly Brigada Eskwela to help maintain the cleanliness,
orderliness, and safety of the learning environment.
5. To make this possible and intensify involvement, everybody is enjoined to be part
of the School-Based Search for Best in Grade Level and Unit/Office Bayanihan
and Volunteerism Spirit. Bayanihan means “pakikipagtulungan” and
Volunteerism means “pagkukusang pakikibahagi”. In other words, for manpower
services and/or involvement, “Pagkukusang pakikibahagi o
pakikipagtulungan nang walang inaasahan o hinihintay na kapalit na
anumang pera o benepisyo sa serbisyong ilalaan.”
6. Homeroom PTA Officers, parent members, and learners/learner organizations
may be involved in Category A. SPTA Officers, volunteers and non-teaching
personnel will likewise be involved in Category B.
7. Weekly Brigada Eskwela and Search for Best in Bayanihan and Volunteerism
Spirit will start on or before August 12, 2024, and will end on April 11, 2025.

8. Surprise and/or announced monitoring and evaluation shall be done.
9. Weekly/Monthly winners will be recognized with certificates. The final winners
will be recognized during the Recognition Day 2025 where they will possibly
receive incentives.
10. Copies of MOA/MOU/Deeds of Donation and Acceptance may be requested
to the ASP Coordinator.
11. All sections shall partake in one’s grade level. ALS may opt to partake as
another grade level.
12. For the units/offices, the following will serve as groupings:
