Taylor’s College was founded by
George Archibald Taylor & George
Leighton Taylor to offer the Victorian
High School Certificate (VHSC) to
secondary school graduates in Malaysia. Pioneered the South Australian
Matriculation programme (now known
as International, SACEi) in Malaysia.
1991
Established Cambridge A Level
programme in Malaysia.

With over 50 years of educational experience, we pride ourselves in ensuring that our students excel
academically and in life. To date, our students have gained acceptance into universities that are ranked
in the 200 list globally such as the University of Cambridge, Oxford University, Harvard University, the
University of Melbourne, National University of Singapore and the University of New South Wales to
name a few; as well as attain innovative and leadership recognitions when they were enrolling their
studies with us. In 2020, Taylor’s College received the ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner status in
recognition of the quality of learning provision and support for ACCA students.

The University Placement Services (UPS) is a one-stop university information and application service for
Taylor’s students on campus. UPS’s experienced Advisors offer advice, guidance and assistance for
direct/transfer applications to various institutions around the world such as Australia, Canada, Hong Kong,
New Zealand, Singapore, UK and the US.

1-YEAR PROGRAMME
INTAKES:
February, April & August
This programme equips students with the necessary key skills and knowledge to pursue a future in the
field of business. The programme emphasises on learning by doing, and students are given the
opportunity to work on real client projects and practical assignments. Students are exposed to a
dynamic environment that encourages two-way interaction and peer-to-peer learning. Learning also
takes place beyond the lecture hall via group activities, workshops and life skills, participations in
competitions and many more. The programme stimulates our students' curiosity and appreciation of
knowledge and inspires lifelong learning. Upon successful completion of this programme, students are
eligible to enroll into our degree programmes, creating a seamless transition towards pursuing a
greater future in business.

SPM Students who wish to pursue the Bachelor of IELTS Overall Band 4.0
Pass with minimum of 5 credits Arts (Honours), Accounting and Finance
